Greg Hardy Photos: 47 Photos Of Bruised Nicole Holder Should Get Hardy Kicked Out Of NFL, Says New Report

The 47 photos of Greg Hardy’s alleged abuse of Nicole Holder dropped online like a bombshell, as reported by the Inquisitr. Now comes the fallout in light of the photos and how they will affect Greg. Already, NFL fans and others are weighing in on Hardy’s fate or the actions they believe the NFL and sponsors should take against Greg now that those 47 photos of Nicole (with some of the 47 photos being repeats in the photo gallery on Deadspin) have been published online for all the world to see and comment upon.

One particular reporter believes the abusive photos should get Greg kicked out of the NFL. In the article titled “Brennan: Kick Greg Hardy out of NFL after release of photos,” the USA Today writer Christine Brennan explains her rationale for believing that the NFL’s next move should be to have Hardy removed from the NFL. According to Brennan, it wasn’t the mere photos alone, but the actions described from Nicole’s testimony about how she got the bruises seen in the photos that’s most disturbing.

“Take a look, sports fans. Take a good look at the 48 photos Deadspin [the first photo is merely a warning and therefore isn’t counted in the 47-photo-long photo gallery] has put online of the battered and bruised body of Greg Hardy’s former girlfriend, Nicole Holder. Study the welts and marks on her back, her arms, her legs, her chin, her neck and her foot. Then tell me why Hardy should ever be allowed to play another down in the NFL.”

Brennan goes on to compare the Hardy photos with the shocking Ray Rice video, wherein Rice was seen knocking out his wife on an elevator and dragging her out of the elevator. Christine wonders if the photos of bruises on Greg’s ex-girlfriend will make a difference in light of the danger that Nicole says she experienced at Hardy’s hands. The actions that caused the bruises to appear on Nicole’s body could’ve caused her death, because her testimony revealed that Greg threw her onto a futon that had rifles on the futon.

“Let’s hope the release of these photos will do what the NFL could not do: punish Hardy as he should be punished, by losing his career for good. Holder said Hardy, who is 6-4 and 265 pounds, flung her from a bed, threw her into a bathtub and then tossed her onto a futon covered with rifles.”

TMZ Sports reports, however, that the public release of the photos of Hardy’s ex-girlfriend aren’t causing sponsors like American Airlines to abandon the NFL team. It’s not that American Airlines is supporting Hardy himself after the photos controversy, but a spokesperson said that the company supports entire teams, not individual players. It would likely be unfair for American Airlines to drop the entire team because of Greg’s actions alone.

Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, said that Greg won’t get cut after the photos were released, reports TMZ. Jones said they were aware of the assault, but they hadn’t seen the photos. After the release of the photos, however, Jones said that Hardy has gotten a second chance.

The police documents of the incident that led up to the photos of bruises on Nicole have also been published by Deadspin.
