You should never drink and drive. You should never drive 134 mph in a 50 mph zone. A man in Montana did both and is now facing his third DUI charge.

The Billings Gazette reports that Shaun Kachina Bell, 32, was clocked going 134 mph down highway 312 outside of Billings on Sunday night. Trooper Kyle Hayter was able to track Bell down. When Bell pulled over, Hayter found a man passed out in the passenger seat and said that the driver seemed to be intoxicated.

Bell was charged with a DUI, along with felony criminal endangerment and a misdemeanor count of speeding. Bell was also charged for driving without a license or proof of insurance.

Hayter took Bell into the Yellowstone County Jail after he did a background check and found that Bell had outstanding warrants, a suspended license, and two previous DUI convictions. Bell is currently $15,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned on June 21st.

Bell’s 134 MPH would be on just about every road in the United States. Texas may be introducing an 85 mph speed limit in the near future but that’s still well below Bell’s drunken joyride.
