‘The Originals’ Spoilers: Kol’s Return, Klaus’ Love Life And More Teased

The Originals has completely changed direction during its third season. The Mikaelson family is currently facing a new danger. A prophecy has been revealed, and that prophecy teased that the members of the Mikaelsons family will die.

It is not a good thing. Their lives are connected to all the vampires in their sire line. That would cause problems not only for the residents of New Orleans, but the residents of Mystic Falls. Klaus and his family did sire some of the vampires on The Vampire Diaries, as well. The group in New Orleans has managed to separate themselves completely from the town of Mystic Falls and its residents, but the mythology of both series are connected.

One member of the Mikaelson family has passed on, but the witches are hard at work trying to figure out a way to bring back Kol. Davina formed a special bond with him, and Rebecca has also vowed to make sure her brother returns from the dead before she returns to her own body.

Entertainment Weekly shared a new spoiler for the series, and it focuses on Kol and his return to the series.

“Don’t worry, no one has forgotten about present-day Kol. Not only is Rebekah still off trying to find a way to bring him back, but there’s another woman who could play a role in his potential return. ‘[Kol] was the first person who got her,’ Danielle Campbell says of Davina. And although Davina thinks her last chance of bringing him back was taken from her, Campbell adds, ‘I don’t see her stopping if something comes up. I easily see her rushing toward it.’ Here’s hoping she puts that regent power to good use.”

It could be some time before fans see the return of Kol. The next episode will have some major drama for Klaus. Aurora is in town, and she has a close connection to Klaus. Klaus will definitely be surprised to see his former love. Her arrival could also complicate things for him and Cami. That pair is still dancing around their feelings for each other, but that will not always be the case.

CarterMatt shared some details about the upcoming episode.

“As the war among the sire lines continues to grow, Klaus receives an unexpected visit by a figure from his past. When Elijah suspects that Tristan is hiding something, he enlists Marcel’shelp to find out what he’s up to. Elsewhere, Davina struggles with her role as Regent and seeks advice from Hayley. Finally, an ancient secret that is uncovered threatens to tear the Mikaelson brothers apart for good.”

It definitely sounds like fans will see more drama on the series as the season continues to progress. In the end, things will work out because of the mythology mentioned above, but there is a journey to get there. The drama for the Mikaelson family will only continue to escalate the war rages on.

Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah do have allies. Marcel is now a member of Tristan’s group, and Klaus will use that to his advantage on the series. Marcel’s inside spot will allow him access and an ability to learn things.

For now, fans will have the chance to enjoy watching Klaus squirm. A preview for the next episode, The Originals Season 3, Episode 5, shows Klaus’ obvious shock and surprise when Aurora walks into the room.
