Taylor Swift Lawsuit Filed Against Former Radio DJ For Alleged Sexual Assault

Taylor Swift has now filed a lawsuit against a former radio DJ, claiming that he “groped” her while they were backstage for a meet and greet. Radar Online shared the news about this new lawsuit and what Swift is claiming happened to her. This all started when David Mueller filed his own suit against Swift and her team, accusing them of getting him fired from his job. Mueller shared that he was working at a Colorado country music station 98.5 KYGO since 2013 and had been in this business for 20 years. After attending a Taylor Swift concert, he got into trouble and ended up being fired from his job.

In Mueller’s complaint, he was told for work that he would be going to a Taylor Swift concert and could bring a date. He took his girlfriend along with him to the Swift concert. Mueller shared that they met Swift and that everything went fine with them, including taking photographs with Swift and even receiving Taylor’s autograph. Mueller went on to say that one of his co-workers later bragged to him that they put their arm around Swift and even grabbed her butt during their meet and greet with her. Taylor Swift’s bodyguard later allegedly approached Mueller, accused him of committing the assault, and made him leave the concert. After that, Mueller ended up getting fired from his job because of these accusations from Swift and her team. Mueller seems to feel like Swift had him confused with someone else.

Now Taylor Swift is firing back and her court documents say that she is certain it was David Mueller that she had problems with that night. Here is what the documents from Taylor Swift say about the incident.

“Mueller’s newfound claim that he is the ‘wrong guy’ and, therefore, his termination from KYGO was unjustified, is specious. Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault – it was Mueller – and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit.”

Mueller is not just being accused of simply grabbing Swift’s butt, but the documents say that he raised up her skirt and grabbed her underneath it. This allegedly upset Swift and caused a lot of anxiety for her. After dealing with this, Swift then had to move on to do a huge concert for her fans. Taylor Swift is now suing the former DJ for assault and battery along with these allegations.

Taylor Swift is not looking for a payday at all, though. Swift is being very honest and wants the world to know that it is all about proving a point. Swift shared details in her documents.

Will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts. For this reason, any recovery obtained by Ms. Swift will be donated to charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard.

Taylor Swift has made it obvious that she really does care about her fans and also helping charities. People recently shared how Taylor recently bonded with a six-year-old cancer patient. This girl was also named Taylor and her dream was to get to meet Swift. The girl and her mom went to a concert and noticed Swift’s mom, Andrea, in the audience. Andrea then let Taylor sit next to her for a song and even took her backstage to meet her daughter after the show.
