Ranee Sue Proper, an ex Holly Highschool teacher has been sentenced to 9 months in jail for having sex with two of her teenage students, age 16 and 17.

Ranee Proper Pleads Guilty to Lesser Charge

Ranee Proper, a 42 year old former music teacher at Holly Highschool in Michigan was originally charged with five counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a student but agreed to plead guilty to lesser charges last month of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. On Wednesday, Oakland County Circuit Judge Edward Sosnick sentenced her to 9 months in prison and 5 years probation.

Proper will also have to take part in a sex offender treatment program and will be prohibited from having unsupervised contact with minors for the duration of her term and parole.

Ranee Proper resigned from her teaching position at Holly High in June 08′ as a result of the investigation into her sexual assault and will not return after her time has been served due to understandable outrage in the school and community.

    Except she didn't do it. She plead guilty because she had no other choice. The bastard kid, ONE KID mind you, lied and got his friends to go along with it because he is an asshole.

    That is what happened. He wanted a distraction from the fact that he knocked a girl up, but what he did was ruin someone's life.
