Kourtney Kardashian Spotted With Mystery Man As Scott Disick Attempts To Get Back Together From Rehab?

Kourtney Kardashian was spotted out in Los Angeles over the weekend with a mystery man, according to a report by the Mirror on October 26. As her ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick, reportedly receives treatment at a Malibu rehab center, Kourtney Kardashian took her two oldest children, 5-year-old Mason and 3-year-old Penelope, to dinner with a friend.

“Kourtney appeared relaxed at the restaurant in Calabasas, California on Sunday evening, where relaxed with the man — who is actually Scott’s pal Chris Rena, who called her earlier this year in the midst of the couple’s breakup,” the website reported.

Although it is unclear what their meeting was about, neither party appeared to be dressed to impress. Instead, the typically fashionable Keeping Up With The Kardashians star sported a pair of black sweatpants and a colorful T-shirt, while Disick’s friend wore jeans and a black t-shirt.

Over the summer, after photos of Disick getting cozy with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli, hit the web, Kourtney Kardashian called it quits with her boyfriend of nine-years. Weeks later, scenes featuring the fallout from the photos aired on the family’s E! reality show.

Kourtney Kardashian and Disick have had an on-and-off relationship for nearly a decade, and while Kardashian appears to be happy focusing on her children and her friends, a reconciliation could be in their future.

In one recent report, it was alleged Disick had been calling Kourtney Kardashian from rehab in hopes of making amends.

“He has been going through withdrawal,” an insider told Radar Online last week. “It’s been really hard on him, and he just needs to know everything is going to be okay and needs assurances. Scott has been calling [Kourtney Kardashian] from rehab. The last time he phoned her, he was really upset and emotional.”

During their conversation, Disick was reportedly “begging [Kourtney Kardashian] for another chance,” but rather than give in, Kourtney Kardashian is refusing to give him any answers when it comes to the future of their relationship. In fact, claimed the source, Kourtney Kardashian hasn’t answered any further phone calls from her ex since he begged for her back.

“[Kourtney Kardashian] only did it to begin with because she knew Scott was going through the beginning period of rehab and wanted to know about what was going on with Lamar. Scott’s been really worried about him and asking a lot of questions. He thought he was dead.”

In another report, it was noted that Kourtney Kardashian could take Disick back — but only if he follows through with a couple of things. According to Hollywood Life, Kourtney Kardashian not only wanted Disick to complete rehab and embark on a healthier lifestyle, but also refrain from his flirty behavior with other women.

A source explained to the site that due to Disick’s recent outings with other women, including an 18-year-old model in New York City, Kourtney Kardashian feels extremely embarrassed, and hasn’t yet forgiven him for his wrongdoings.

“He has to get his act together in more ways than one, by being a reliable partner and father to their three kids and stopping his womanizing ways,” the source explained.

Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian has stayed silent in regard to a possible reunion with Disick.
