Yolanda Foster’s Emotional Post About Moving Out: ‘This Is Our Dream Home’

Yolanda Foster continues to fight her lyme disease these days, and she is trying various treatments to feel better. Foster revealed earlier this year that she was trying everything from western medicine to herbal remedies. She’s traveled around the world to try all kinds of treatment options, and it is possible that she is feeling a bit better.

But the treatment of her disease is taking a long time. And Yolanda Foster can’t be the homemaker she once was. Yolanda has revealed that she can no longer take care of the massive home she and David Foster built in Malibu. Despite having help around the home, Yolanda spends most of her day in bed, so she doesn’t have the energy to take care of the home.

According to a new Us Weekly report, Yolanda Foster is now saying goodbye to her Malibu home, a home she designed from scratch. It is her dream home, but Foster has said that she can’t take care of the massive property due to her illness. A few months ago, Yolanda announced that she had put the property on the market, and it sounds like someone has bought it, because Yolanda said goodbye to her home last night.

“Beautiful ending to a beautiful chapter of our life,” Yolanda wrote on Instagram, sharing the beautiful picture from her backyard, adding, “Colorful memories of Love, Life and Family will live within our hearts forever… #SaluteToMalibuMagic #ByeByeHomeSweetHome #OverAndOut.”

It sounds like Foster sold her home and packed up her belongings this weekend. Last night, Yolanda Foster and her husband, David Foster, posed for a final picture near the pool and watched the final sunset together. As Yolanda explains, this is just another step in the right direction for them, as they are downsizing so she can focus on her recovery.

“This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years, I just don’t have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible,” Yolanda revealed back in February, 2014, when she first decided to put the home on the market, adding, “My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar.”

Foster recently revealed that two of her three children had also been diagnosed with lyme disease. Bella Hadid and Anwar had also been diagnosed with lyme disease, but they have not spoken out about their struggles themselves.

“Watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me and my journey struck the deepest chord of hopelessness inside of me, and it’s because of them that I’m motivated to stand here in front of you today,” Yolanda Foster revealed during the Global Lyme Alliance Gala in NYC, adding, “I honestly don’t have the proper words in my vocabulary to describe to you the darkness, the pain, and the unknown hell I’ve lived these past years. I actually did not live. I just existed in a jail of my own paralyzed brain. This disease has brought me to my knees. Many nights I wish to die. I pray that I will just wash away into heaven, where there will be no pain.”

It is believed that Yolanda Foster is filming The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, so this move may be documented on the upcoming season of the show. Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date, but the show tends to premiere during November.

What do you think of Yolanda Foster’s recovery methods? Are you surprised that she has sold her dream home?
