Vicki Gunvalson Not Legally Allowed to Share Truth About Brooks Ayers’ Cancer

Ever since the women on The Real Housewives of Orange County started saying that Brooks Ayers doesn’t really have cancer, everyone has wondered why Vicki Gunvalson has been quiet about it all. Vicki and Brooks were still together at first, but now they have split and she is still not sharing her thoughts on the cancer scandal or Brooks. Radar Online shared that Vicki Gunvalson actually can’t talk bad about Brooks or share her thoughts due to a legal contract that the two signed when they first started dating. This contract also protected Vicki from Brooks talking bad about her.

An insider actually shared about the document that Vicki and Brooks signed when they started dating.

“Vicki and Brooks signed a legal document stating they would never speak negatively about each other in the press when they started dating. Vicki is afraid to reveal her true thoughts about Brooks’ cancer diagnosis, because he has threatened to sue her. Citing the legal agreement, Brooks has told Vicki to keep her mouth shut.”

The idea that Brooks Ayers would take legal action against Vicki Gunvalson is not shocking at all. Brooks recently sent Meghan Edmonds a cease and desist letter for a similar reason. Vicki’s daughter Briana shared that Brooks Ayers has been threatening to sue her as well and she told him to bring it on. Brooks is not someone who is afraid to take someone to court if he feels like he is in the right.

Vicki Gunvalson has went as far as to defend Brooks Ayers on her Bravo blog. This could simply all be because of their legal document, but nobody knows that for sure. Gunvalson has shared that nobody has ever given her a document of any kind proving that Brooks doesn’t have cancer. Here is a bit of what Vicki Gunvalson had to say on her blog.

“As I write this blog, I have so many mixed emotions, but mostly it’s sadness and betrayal. The constant subject line of Brooks’ cancer, his choice of treatment, and if he was ‘faking’ it or not has gotten out of control. My stance is I do not believe he faked cancer, as there are way too many people involved, way too many doctor visits and way too many doctor reports which would be very difficult to falsify.”

OK! Magazine shared that Brooks Ayers actually just won a defamation case in court. He sued Angela Torres, who is the girlfriend of Gunvalson’s former business partner Robert Williamson III. They actually both sued each other and Torres’ case was thrown out, but Ayers won his case in court. Ayers won $3,000 that will be paid out in installments to him. Brooks’ lawyer Sean Reis spoke out about it.

“Brooks prevailed in every way in his case. It’s interesting that people question his integrity and sincerity, when the courts of law have consistently ruled in his favor and proven that what he says is true.”

At this time, Brooks Ayers is still dealing with the women on The Real Housewives of Orange County saying that he faked his cancer. They do not believe that he is sick, but Brooks refuses to give them the proof that they want. Brooks is still going to have his chance to talk on the reunion show and share his side once again.
