Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian Could Face Lawsuits [Report]

As if Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian don’t have enough stress in their life at the moment, it appears that they may face some hefty lawsuits in the near future.

Dennis Hof, the owner of the Love Ranch South brothel where Lamar Odom was found unconscious last week, is threatening to sue Khloe Kardashian if her husband doesn’t pay his bill. Reports claim that Odom owes $79,000 in charges at the Las Vegas Brothel for his planned five-night stay with the two prostitutes. Hof has been speaking to several outlets in his pursuits to sue the youngest Kardashian sister. The brothel owner doesn’t think that Odom’s bill will go through, and if it doesn’t, then he will go after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star.

He told the Daily Mail, “If I don’t get paid for the entire bill, I’ll sue Khloe, I know she has the money.”

Dennis also told Radar Online, “We have Lamar on tape singing the credit card statement – we have a copy of his driver’s license – he was the one that determined the $75k price for the two hookers.”

Even though Lamar paid almost $80K for the two women, they will only receive a quarter of that amount since the brothel takes half of the payment. The Daily Mail has previously reported that the two women, Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe, had to return their $19,000 checks since Lamar’s payment hasn’t cleared yet. But another report via TMZ claimed that Dennis doesn’t intend on paying the two women since they took off after they found Lamar unconscious in his VIP suite.

Dennis Hof has been all over the media since Lamar Odom’s incident. He even spoke to daytime talk show host Wendy Williams about how his business works.

“You can spend as little or as much as you want. You can spend a few hundred or a few million there. Lamar wanted a long period of time. He gave the girls $75,000, but he planned on being there a long time, at least five days.”

Khloe Kardashian could also face another lawsuit, but one involving her ex-boyfriend James Harden. Kardashian and Harden called it quits a day before it was reported that she was calling off her divorce with her “Lammy.” Back in August, Kardashian threw a birthday party in Marina Del Rey for Harden, which included a fireworks display.

Well, those fireworks were shot off in the midnight hours, disrupting some sleeping residents in the area. No initial charges in relation to the noise disturbance was made. Now a lawsuit filed in small claims court by resident James Ferguson says that fireworks explosions “harmed our family and pet.”

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton found that the fireworks show was legal since she had the appropriate permits, which were also confirmed by law enforcement. There are no details on how Ferguson’s dog and family were affected by the fireworks, but he’s planning to sue Kardashian for a cool $7,500.

The case will take place in small claims court, which means that Khloe herself will have to face James Ferguson to settle the lawsuit. No attorneys are allowed in small claims court. If Khloe doesn’t make an appearance in court, then James will win a default judgement, which means she’ll be forced to pay up.

Lamar Odom has been recovering from two emergency surgeries at a Los Angeles hospital. The NBA star collapsed from an alleged drug overdose on Tuesday, Oct. 13. Khloe Kardashian has stayed by Odom’s side, and the two have called off their divorce in light of the tragic incident. Reports claim that Odom is currently in a “fragile mental state,” at this time.
