‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Liz Faces Emotional Moments, Laura Questions, And Anna Faces A Shocker
What’s coming up on Friday’s episode of General Hospital? Spoilers indicate there are some juicy moments ahead that fans will not want to miss. Elizabeth is preparing for her wedding, but she is facing some shake-ups quite soon thanks to Jake, Sam, Spinelli, and possibly, even Laura. Just what can fans expect from the October 23 show?
Elizabeth will get to have a bridal shower at work thanks to her co-workers during Friday’s episode, notes She Knows Soaps. It seems that Liz will enjoy the surprise shower, but General Hospital spoilers detail that there could be some stressful moments.
As Celeb Dirty Laundry shares, there may be some questions from co-workers during the shower that weigh heavily on Liz. Obviously, she continues to struggle with the fact she is planning to marry “Jake” while hiding that he’s really Jason. She asked Jake to pull back in his search for the truth regarding his past, but this is expected to come crashing down on her very soon.

Also ahead on Friday’s show, Laura will express some concerns about little Jake. Viewers already know there is a bit of mystery regarding this little guy and his return, and it would seem that Spinelli won’t be the only one raising some questions this week. General Hospital spoilers detail that Laura will talk with Liz about little Jake, suggesting that he be taken to Dr. Collins for some help.
While Laura’s concerns are probably quite valid, General Hospital spoilers indicate that Elizabeth will be resistant. Viewers are curious to see where this is headed, but this one may take some time to play out.
Sam is doing a lot of digging into Jake’s past, sometimes skirting some legalities. General Hospital spoilers share that Patrick may go out of his way to avoid learning too much about what Sam and Spinelli are doing on this front, giving her quite a bit of room to investigate in her own way.
Viewers will see more of Jake and Carly together in Friday’s episode as well, it seems. He will fill her in on his renewed efforts to figure out his past, and General Hospital spoilers note that Carly may give him a different perspective on his search. GH fans know that Carly and Elizabeth are not fans of one another, and they’ve had many tense moments with one another over the years.

However, it seems that Carly may encourage Jake to embrace the happiness he has found with Liz and look toward the future, letting go of his mysterious past. Of course, all bets are going to be off on this front once both Jake and Carly learn that he’s really Jason, her best friend and most trusted confidante.
General Hospital spoilers tease that there is a bit of drama related to Carlos Rivera coming on Friday’s episode, as well. It has been teased that Anna makes a shocking discovery on this October 23 show, and it may well tie to her checking on the body in the morgue that is supposed to be Rivera’s.

Sabrina is said to confront Paul regarding Carlos on Friday’s show as Anna realizes that the gunshots on this dead body simply don’t match what she knows happened that fated night with Carlos. In addition, Michael will connect with Sonny and tell him the latest regarding the shooting. General Hospital spoilers note that Sonny will also hear some good news from Michael during this chat, and it seems that Michael may share the news about Sabrina’s pregnancy.
While Julian has worked hard to convince everybody he is done with the mob, and he used that to work out a deal with Olivia regarding baby Leo, Paul is going to push him hard to return to that line of work. Paul is already pushing Ava hard, and it seems he’ll be going after help from Julian in Friday’s episode, as well. Will his pressure pay off?
