James Harden & Khloe Kardashian Haven’t Split, But She Just Spent $120,000 Flying Husband Lamar Odom To L.A.

James Harden and Khloe Kardashian were rumored to have called it quits earlier this week, but according to an October 20 report by E! News, the couple is still dating. Despite the many reports, claiming Kardashian put an end to her relationship with James Harden due to Lamar Odom’s ongoing recovery, E!‘s source insists the two have not split, and have continued to communicate throughout Odom’s heath crisis.

While breakup rumors continue to swirl, James Harden has remained in “constant contact” with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, and according to a report by PEOPLE Magazine on October 19, he is “being as supportive as humanly possible given the situation.”

“Lamar essentially has zero consistent family other than the Kardashians, and [James] understands that. The last thing he would want to do would be to add more stress to her plate.”

And as for rumors regarding James Harden traveling to Las Vegas, where he could have been closer to Kardashian as she aided in Odom’s recover, PEOPLE‘s source explained that he never had “any intention” of going to Sin City, and always understood Kardashian needed space as she continued to support Odom as he was nursed back to health.

While Kardashian and James Harden may still be a couple, Kardashian’s dedication to Odom is more than evident as times goes on, and on October 20, Radar Online revealed the reality star shelled out a whopping $120,000 to have Odom transported from Las Vegas’ Sunrise Hospital to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he is currently receiving care.

With James Harden focused on preseason games and his upcoming season with the Houston Rockets, Kardashian is able to focus solely on her estranged husband, and while it has been difficult, her friends and family have been there to loan their support.

“The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends, and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar,” Kardashian wrote on her official website on Tuedsay.

The statement was the first time Kardashian had spoken publicly since Odom was discovered unconscious last Tuesday, October 13.

Also in Kardashian’s statement, she thanked the “amazing doctors and nurses” at Sunrise Hospital, where Odom had been since last week.

“Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made. You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!”

James Harden has been dating Kardashian since June, and last month, the reality star threw him an over-the-top birthday celebration on a yacht off the coast of Los Angeles. According to an E! News report at the time, James Harden’s 26th birthday celebration began on a Tuesday evening at 11 p.m. in Marina del Rey, California, and during the event, he was treated to a fireworks display at midnight.

Several members of Kardashian’s family attended James Harden’s birthday event, but at around 1 a.m., they were taken back to the docks, and Kardashian and James Harden continued to party with their friends until about 3 a.m. During one point in the evening, Kardashian and James Harden were said to have been “getting super cozy” with one another, “affectionately hugging and whispering into each other’s ear.”
