Bridget Moynahan Gets Married Over The Weekend, ‘Blue Bloods’ Star Shares Stunning Wedding Photo

Guess what Bridget Moynahan just did over the weekend? She got married! The Blue Bloods star made her way down the aisle as she wed her handsome beau, Andrew Frankel, in a surprise ceremony on Saturday evening.

The actress sent out a beautiful photo on her Instagram account showing off her surprise weekend activities. It was more of a casual announcement, but it certainly got the point across.

Moynahan looks stunning in the photo holding hands with her new husband. They are seen walking through a gorgeous vineyard smiling at each other. The bride’s wedding dress is classic and a perfect fit for her. She had her hair pulled back in an elegant style. Frankel is wearing a classic black suit and he looks just as happy to be a wedded man.

According to People, Bridget and Andrew chose the Hamptons as the place to have their romantic nuptials. It was said to be intimate with their closest family and friends surrounding them as they said their wedding vows. The Hamptons was said to be Moynahan’s favorite vacation spot, so it was a perfect setting for the couple to have their wedding there.

The 44-year-old actress has kept mum about her relationship with Andrew Frankel. She has not shared any details or photos of her dating life as some celebrities do on social media. Moynahan supposedly met him through a friend. He is said to be a co-president of a Wall Street brokerage firm called Stuart Frankel and Co. Even though she has not gushed over her guy all this time, Bridget is said to have been on cloud nine ever since they began their relationship.

This couple will have a blended family as the groom has three sons, while Bridget Moynahan has one son with football star Tom Brady. It sounds like the new Mrs. Frankel will be outnumbered by the male species in her household.

Moynahan was linked with Brady in 2004, but after a two-year relationship, they called it quits. Just after the breakup she found out that she was pregnant with their son, Jack, who is now eight-years-old. Tom Brady is now married to model Gisele Bundchen and they have two kids of their own.

Moynahan plays the role of Erin Reagan in Blue Bloods on CBS. Her character is a tough Assistant D.A. in New York City. She is also a single mom to a teenage daughter and is the only daughter of Police Chief Frank Reagan. She has been a mainstay of the show since its beginning, as has the entire cast. The famous Reagan Sunday dinners has become part of the show for both fans and the actors, including Bridget Moynahan, as she stated in an interview with E! News last year.

“The best thing about Blue Bloods is the family dinners, because it’s the one day we all are able to get together in the same room and catch up on each other lives.”

Viewers can have a small part in these Reagan family dinners as there is an upcoming cookbook called, “The Blue Bloods Cookbook: 120 Recipes That Will Bring Your Family to the Table.” It has a photo of Bridget Moynahan on the front cover looking like she is preparing a roast for the Reagan family dinner. It is going to be available for purchase on November 3.

It is not certain if any of her TV family was on hand to help celebrate her special wedding day, but they are sure to be very happy for Bridget and Andrew.
