Woman Squeezed Man’s Testicles So Hard his Scrotum Popped

A prostitute named Joyce Maxine Gregory has been charged with malicious castration over an argument she had with a man, according to the Huffington Post. Gregory allegedly attacked a man she was having an argument with and squeezed his testicles so hard that before he could escape her grip his scrotum popped open and one of his testicles became dislodged.

The argument took place outside of a Shelby, North Carolina apartment building according to police. Police say that she grabbed his scrotum out of anger according to a report obtained by the Smoking Gun

Officer M. L. McPherson stated in his report,

“The victim’s scrotum had been split open. I was also able to observe one of the subject’s testicles protruding from the scrotum area.” Police also observed “blood on the floor of the porch and the siding of the residence.”

A urologist who had treated the victim after his injury said that he was going to give the man stitches and that he didn’t expect there to be any long term damage, well at least physically.

The newspaper the Shelby Star reported that when the police placed Gregory under arrest she went over to their squad car, removed her pants and urinated in the back seat.She had previously been arrested for prostitution.

According to the Cleavland County Sheriff’s office Gregory is being held on a $20,000 bond and will next appear in a North Carolina Court on June 18th to face charges of assault, assault inflicting serious bodily injury and malicious castration.
