Brooks Ayers And Vicki Gunvalson Getting Back Together? Andy Cohen Believes ‘Real Housewives’ Couple Will Soon Reunite

Brooks Ayers and Vicki Gunvalson announced their breakup in August, but could the Real Housewives of Orange County couple soon reconcile? According to a new report, Brooks Ayers may soon be back with his reality star girlfriend, whom he dated for four years on-and-off prior to their recent split.

“While Vicki claimed to be 100% done with [Brooks Ayers], she and him are considering getting back together,” a source told Real Mr. Housewife on October 9. “What’s more is that while Vicki may have had some doubts about his cancer after the reunion, she is telling people again that she definitely believes [Brooks Ayers] has cancer.”

The site also reported Andy Cohen, creator of The Real Housewives of Orange County, recently said he believed Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers would eventually rekindle their romance.

Throughout the last few seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gunvalson’s romance with Brooks Ayers has been spotlighted and often criticized. Upon first meeting Brooks Ayer, many felt he had ill intentions with Gunvalson, specifically her daughter, Briana Culberson, and her then-best friend Tamra Barney. According to Culberson, Brooks Ayers appeared to be taking advantage of her mother’s financial state. Then, during Season 10, things got even more intense, when new cast member Meghan King Edmonds claimed Brooks Ayers was faking cancer and had “forged” his medical documents.

While Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers claim he’s suffering from stage 3 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, many of their co-stars have had their doubts. In addition to Edmonds researching Brooks Ayers’ potential health lies by calling his doctor and ex-girlfriend, Shannon Beador urged Gunvalson to show proof, which Brooks Ayers did during the season. However, his documents, which he hoped would silence the skeptics, only added more feud to the fake cancer rumor after Barney claimed she didn’t understand them and Edmonds questioned their authenticity.

Weeks after filming wrapped on an understandably stressful season for Gunvalson, she and Brooks Ayers parted ways. Below is what Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers told fans of their split, via a joint statement on Facebook on August 16.

“After much prayer, thought, counseling, and consideration, we have decided to end our four year relationship. We both wish nothing but a great future for each other. We have come to realize that one can indeed love someone in their heart, but that the time may come for their lives to take separate paths. Though the remaining episodes of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County will show us as a couple, the filming took place in January 2015 through May 2015. There will be no further statements or interviews regarding our relationship as we choose to move on with our lives. Though we choose to live our lives in the public eye we thank you for your understanding and ask privacy during this difficult time.”

Months after his split from Gunvalson, Brooks Ayers moved to Florida, where he was recently seen partying in Miami.

Although Brooks Ayers is no longer in Gunvalson’s life, she appears to remain supportive of both him and his health, as fans can see on her social media pages.
