Britain’s Got Talent sensation Susan Boyle has supposedly suffered a “meltdown” after being pestered at a UK hotel.
According to reports, Boyle lost her temper after being goaded by two people (possibly journalists) who weren’t fans outside the Wembley Plaza Hotel. She is alleged to have responded by saying “How f^&king dare you! You can’t f#$king talk to me like that” and later ended up in a “heated” discussion with police officers who were called to the scene.
Later, Boyle is said to have became angry when judge Piers Morgan told 12-year-old contestant Shaheen Jafargholi that his was “the best singing performance we have heard in the semi-finals so far” while watching the show in the hotel bar. Boyle apparently stuck two fingers up at the television, and shouted f%&k off before departing to her room.
Morgan confirmed that Boyle was under pressure, and asked that people give her a bit of space.
We’ve used the word supposedly to describe the incidents not because we believe the incidents to be untrue, but instead the idea of there being a “meltdown” is grossly exaggerated. So she told someone to f&^k off who was being cruel to her, that’s annoyance, not a meltdown. A meltdown would have had her quit the show, or checked into hospital. It’s difficult to imagine what the pressure on Boyle must be like, pressure that would be difficult for most people, let alone some one with Boyle’s background. She let it get the better of her briefly, but there’s no meltdown yet.

One thing I have noticed about the Susan Boyle phenominum is that a LOT of people think she is the 2nd coming, walks on water etc. These people are just putting their beliefs and hopes on her. What worries me is if …no when, Susan shows that she is just one hellava talented singer who, in my opinion isn't half bad looking, and acts human, she will be tossed to the wolves by her” Christian” following My reaction to the interview before the audition was, here is a guttsy, feisty lady and I like her. When she sang I thought ” Hol.. Sh..! That bitch can SING.. Who do you think will stick with a real, not manufactured for their own beliefs and hopes, Susan if she turns out to be human?

Because of Susan Boyle’s unique personality and astounding vocal talent, has enhanced the careers of many others in a few short months. I am glad she has a group of individuals around her to assist her. I am particularly pleased that her niece, the attorney, is in the mix. That is a valuable and solid component. I also agree that the PR personnel are lax in getting information to the public in a timely manner. Internet users should know the television call letters as well as the time and place of her live performances.
