Shannon Beador Now Seemingly Close To Meghan King Edmonds After End Of Vicki Gunvalson Friendship

Although Shannon Beador is no longer friends with Vicki Gunvalson, she seems to have gained another friend. Shannon has seemingly gotten closer to Vicki’s nemesis, Meghan King Edmonds, since filming for Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County ended. Shannon and Meghan are now such good friends that Meghan has invited Shannon to come to St. Louis to hang out with her and her husband, Jim Edmonds.

On Thursday, Meghan, who just returned from a romantic Cabo vacation with Jim, tweeted that she has boarded a flight to St. Louis. She told Shannon to fly down from Detroit to go to the St. Louis Cardinals playoff game with her and Jim on Friday. Jim used to play for the Cardinals and will likely cover the game for Fox Sports Midwest.

Meghan’s tweet prompted one viewer to say how nice it is that she and Shannon are getting along well now. The viewer pointed out that the fact the entire cast now is close to one another with the exception of Vicki speaks volumes.

So far, Shannon has yet to publicly comment on Meghan’s invitation. On Wednesday, Shannon revealed that she’s in Michigan, where her husband, David Beador, is from. While Shannon expressed excitement over the fact that the airport has a Spanx store, she did not reveal the purpose of her trip, which she took without David.

At the Season 10 reunion show filming last Thursday, Shannon, Tamra Judge, and Meghan sat together on one couch, opposite from Vicki and Heather Dubrow. After the filming, Shannon posted a photo of herself smiling happily with Tamra and Meghan.

A day after the reunion filming, Meghan posted a photo of herself wearing an FBI hat in reference to her self-appointed role as the show’s justice and truth-seeker. Shannon loved the hat.

The fact that Shannon Beador and Meghan King Edmonds are now friendly with one another and close enough to hang out while not filming the show is likely shocking to many viewers. At the beginning of Season 10, Shannon and Meghan clashed with one another over a charity. Meghan, seeking help with a charity that Shannon had experience with, called her after getting her phone number from someone else. Shannon, caught off-guard that someone she didn’t really know had her number, brushed her off. Feeling as if Shannon was rude to her, Meghan didn’t invite her to the charity event.

Vicki Gunvalson, who was good friends with Shannon at the time, declined to go to Meghan’s event out of loyalty to Shannon. As the season progressed and the central story line became the housewives’ questioning and suspicions of Brooks Ayers’ cancer diagnoses, Shannon stood by Vicki as she defended herself and Brooks. As Meghan continued to reveal the lengths that she went through to figure out the truth, which included calling Brooks’ medical offices and ex-girlfriend, Shannon expressed shock.

Yet, as viewers saw, Shannon’s friendship with Vicki deteriorated after Shannon told Vicki, over lunch one day, to provide medical proof of Brooks’ cancer diagnoses. Vicki, in tears, reprimanded Shannon for bringing up the subject and continuing to talk about it when she repeatedly told her not to. Vicki later confessed in an interview what she felt betrayed by Shannon and that Shannon is now obviously drinking the Kool-Aid.

On Monday night’s episode, Shannon started questioning whether Vicki knows that Brooks is lying about having cancer and is lying to her. A preview for next week’s finale episode shows Vicki’s friend telling Shannon, after Shannon said that she has supported Vicki, that Vicki didn’t ask to see her records when she thought David was cheating on her. Shannon is then shown screaming at Vicki. “How dare you!” she yells as Vicki walks away.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Vicki Gunvalson said on the Sunday after The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10 reunion show filming that she and Shannon Beador are not friends. Vicki said that Shannon believes a lie. Perhaps Vicki believes that Shannon has fallen for one of Meghan King Edmonds’ lies?

“You’ll see what happens with Shannon and I at the reunion. Right now we are not friends. She believes a lie and I can’t convince her. I’m disappointed in that, but I feel like it will be OK. I think in time she’ll understand.”
