Luke Gatti, a drunk teen who walked into a University of Connecticut cafeteria with an open can of beer and threw unnecessary tantrums, was taught a lesson he will never forget.

Gatti, 19, who hails from Bayville, New York, allegedly stormed into the cafeteria on Sunday morning, asking for mac and cheese. Obviously drunk, he was asked to leave the university’s Union Street Market in Storrs. For the 19-year-old student, however, underage drinking was no reason for him to be refused his food.

In the video which was filmed by a fellow student, Gatti can be seen being incredibly rude to the cafeteria manager, and in the nine-minute standoff that ensues, he continues to hurl a wide array of abuses at the manager, who, for his part, refuses to be drawn into the verbal spar.

Luke’s video has been seen more than 1.5 million times since it was uploaded yesterday on YouTube.

When the market’s manager tells Gatti that his actions are rude and unnecessary, Luke asks his fellow students if it is not okay to drink in the cafeteria. When they tell him it is not, it makes no difference to Gatti, who is adamant about getting his mac and cheese anyway.

“You are not welcome here,” the manager tells him, “you have booze on your breath. You are underage, I just saw you drinking in front of me… Now please leave.”

At which point, Gatti notices that someone is filming them.

“This is getting posted somewhere and you’re gonna look like a f****** tool. You are a f****** f*g… I don’t understand. UConn police is not going to come for this.. Just let me get some mac and cheese.”

When the manager still does not concede to his wishes, Gatti begins to get personal and makes fun of his profession. When the older man tells him to not touch him, Luke flares-up, shoving him in the chest.

Another boy comes to intervene, but Gatti abuses him too, asking him to mind his own business.

By now it becomes a spectacle for all to see. Other staff members intervene, telling Luke to try Subway, but Gatti has none of it. After a lot more moaning and groaning, the drunk youngster hits out at the manager again, at which point a cook behind him finally takes Gatti into a wrestling hold and pushes him on the floor. “I told you, you don’t touch my boss,” he says.

When the police do arrive and handcuff Luke, he finally realizes his mistake and begins to cry, adding, “F***! I’m absolutely f*****.” Just before he is carried out, however, Gatti makes one more attempt to demean the manager by spitting on his face.

According to Daily Mail Online, Gatti has been charged with breach of peace and criminal trespass after the incident. His court date is scheduled for October 13.

Unsurprisingly, this is not the first time Gatti has thrown a tantrum that landed him in trouble with police. Last September, Luke was arrested twice when he was a student at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst for verbally abusing a police officer.

Luke Gatti was made to pay a $100 fine and was placed on probation for four months.
