Bobbi Kristina Brown: Georgia Grand Jury Meeting To Discuss More Charges For Nick Gordon

Less than a month after Bobbi Kristina Brown’s final autopsy results were finished, a Georgia grand jury is meeting to discuss additional charges for Nick Gordon, who is currently facing a wrongful death civil suit.

People reports that the Georgia grand jury is currently in the process of reviewing the Bobbi Kristina case in an attempt to determine if Gordon will be charged with anything in connection with her death. Although there’s been no word as to the exact charges he could face, it could range anywhere from contributing illegal drugs to another person, involuntary manslaughter, murder, or other connected charges.

Earlier this week, an undisclosed source revealed that the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office (DA) was convening to determine if they would charge Gordon with murder in connection to Bobbi Kristina. They are in the process of determining if a murder charge will actually stick, so consulting a Georgia grand jury is more than likely the next step taken to see which charges, if any, will result.

Meanwhile, Gordon’s team of attorneys continue to say that their client is innocent of any wrongdoing in the case, although Gordon does admit to losing his temper the day of the incident, after viewing video surveillance footage of Bobbi Kristina. Even his mother, Michelle Gordon, continues to defend her son, stating that he wanted nothing but to love Bobbi Kristina.

“The passing of Bobbi Kristina is devastating to Nick and our family. Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they’ve been apart. Nick and our family are in mourning, and we ask that you respect our privacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with both the Houstons and the Browns during this difficult time.”

Regardless, the majority of Bobbi Kristina’s family, at least the ones that have spoken publicly on the issue, are in agreeance that they feel Gordon played a hand in her death. Bobby Brown’s attorney, Christopher Brown, released a public statement last week, indicating that he also believed Gordon was guilty.

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon.”

One of the reasons the attorney feels Gordon is hiding something is due to Gordon withdrawing his motion to dismiss the wrongful death civil suit against him on the day he was due to give a deposition. Since he withdrew his motion to dismiss the case, he wasn’t required to talk during the deposition that day, but he now must give his testimony under oath, during the trial.

Gordon, however, continues to insist that he’s never gotten a fair shake since January 31, the day Bobbi Kristina was found comatose in her bathtub. Instead, Gordon feels that the public wrongfully bashed him and made him out to be guilty. His lawyers indicated that members of the Brown family have made him out to be a “murderer, a habitual batterer of women, a seducer of young white females, a thief and/or con man fueled by monetary gain and a chemist capable of making a toxic cocktail.”

Yet, evidence reportedly suggests that friends and witnesses have came forward to say that Gordon repeatedly abused Bobbi Kristina, both emotionally and physically. He’s accused of knocking out some of her teeth, punching her so hard she fell off of a sofa, and dragging her upstairs by her hair before administering a lethal cocktail to her.
