Kailyn Lowry Ignores Vee Torres’ Birth: Jokes About Being The Center Of Attention
Kailyn Lowry has been focusing on her own family, including her husband, Javi Marroquin, and her two sons, Isaac and Lincoln. Kailyn knows that Isaac is about to become a big brother once again, as Vee Torres’ due date was approaching. And this weekend, Vee revealed that she was in the hospital, getting ready to welcome her first child. One can imagine that Isaac is excited to meet his new baby sister.
However, Kailyn Lowry isn’t showing any support or affection towards Jo Rivera and his new baby girl. This weekend, Vee went into labor and she gave birth to the couple’s first child. But Lowry didn’t acknowledge it one bit. Many fans celebrated with Jo, who became a father for the second time.
According to a new Instagram post, Kailyn Lowry posted about being the center of attention instead of celebrating the arrival of Isaac’s new baby sister. The timing does seem odd, but Lowry didn’t seem to care. She retweeted a message from her friend, that joked about Lowry always wanting to be the center of attention.
“This is what it’s like being Kailyn Lowry‘s friend sometimes. That’s her on the floor #ButILoveYou,” Kailyn’s friend Toni revealed on Instagram, adding a drawing of someone standing and someone laying on the floor. The person standing asks “how much attention do you need,” while the person laying down, in this case Kailyn, replies, “all of it.”
Torres documented her journey to become a mother on Facebook, sharing pictures of herself in the hospital waiting for her baby girl to arrive. And she was clearly over the moon about the delivery, hinting that everything had gone exactly as planned.
“OH. MY. GOD. I love this girl lol! Thank you EVERYBODY for all the love it is highly appreciated I read everything sorry if I couldn’t comment back to anyone so much going on right now & spending time with my girl. Which I can say is an AWESOME LATCHER! Thank the lawddddd. Once again thank you everyone & I feel all the love & support. Velisse is definitely one loved babycakes,” Vee revealed on her Facebook page after giving birth over the weekend.
Vee did give birth early, as her due date isn’t for another 10 days or so. But things appeared to go well. It is possible that Jo texted Kailyn to let her know that Isaac was now a big brother, but she didn’t share anything on social media. One can imagine that many Teen Mom fans told her about the birth, as well. But there could be a reason why Lowry isn’t saying anything on social media. Kailyn has coldly said that she has no intention of being in Jo’s life other than sharing custody with Isaac. That means no relationship with their new daughter.
“I have no plans to be in Jo and Vee’s baby’s life,” Kailyn revealed on the MTV reunion, adding, “I’m not jealous but I am happy even though it might seem otherwise. Jo wanted Isaac to be a girl, so I’m happy he’s getting a girl.”
The girls are supposedly busy filming Season 7 of the show, so fans will get to meet Jo’s daughter once the new season airs on television. As for Kailyn Lowry, only time will tell whether she acknowledges the new baby girl. It is definitely possible that this new baby will become the focus of troubles on the new season of Teen Mom, especially if Jo can’t take care of both children without a job.
