Nikki Mudarris Sex Tape: ‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Threatens Lawsuit For Those Posting Racy Video

Nikki Mudarris just had a sex tape hit the internet, and now the Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star plans to go to court to fight those who are spreading it online.

Mudarris was seen this week in a racy video with now ex-boyfriend Mally Mall. Mudarris was angry from the outset, lashing out at her ex and claiming he is responsible.

Now she’s taking the fight even further. Nikki Mudarris has posted a warning to media outlets that host the sex tape, claiming she is planning to take them to court over the allegedly stolen video.

TMZ reported that Mudarris had her lawyers send out letters to various blogs that hosted the video, telling them to take it down. The attorney claimed that the video was recorded with Nikki’s knowledge and gave the websites until Thursday at 5 p.m. to take it down.

Mudarris is also rumored to be considering legal action against whoever leaked the tape. While that person has not been identified, this week Mudarris pointed fingers at Mally Mall and blamed him for the tape existing in the first place.

In a long rant posted online, she claimed that he tricked her and that the release of the sex tape was a “violation.”

She wrote (via VH1).

“I really wanted to ignore this but since everyone is asking I’ll make this publicly known. This was a total violation of my privacy. I wasn’t aware this would be public and even more shocked that the world was able to see me in an intimate moment, this was someone I was in a relationship. This is beyond embarrassing and hurtful. I would never consent to doing such a thing. But let me warn you, ladies.. Be careful who your sleeping with, he may be your enemy… I can’t even explain the feeling but things will be dealt with. Evil people never prevail. This was someone I once trusted/confide in and it just really opens your eyes to be careful who your with and what you do.”

But Mally Mall denied that it was him.

“I did not leak any intimate moments filmed in my Las Vegas home between two consenting adults,” Mally tweeted on October 1. He added, “Recently, my email accts/iCloud/social media were hacked into. Everyone involved in this private matter was aware [that] my phone [and] accounts were all compromise[d].”

There have been some who speculated that Nikki Mudarris released the sex tape on purpose to gain more attention, a move that would have precedent in the Love & Hip Hop world. Mimi Faust of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta had her own video released with ex Nikko Smith, one that for a long time Faust claimed was released without her consent.

But Mimi later admitted that she and Nikko filmed the video on purpose, Us Weekly reported.

“The way he went about it was like, ‘Our lovemaking is like art.’ All that New York and Brooklyn b******t.”

Nikko reportedly tried to sell the sex tape to Vivid Entertainment, but the company wanted more footage from the two. Again, Mimi Faust said she went along with the idea.

“Vivid had a marketing plan and everything. After we signed, they said we need more footage. I didn’t know I had to do all that. But after I signed on the dotted line, I’m obligated.”

But if Nikki Mudarris is somehow involved in the release of her sex tape, she appears to be doing a good job of throwing people off. The cease and desist letters she sent to media outlets posting the video were reportedly very real, and she may be pursuing legal action if the source of the leak is found.
