T.R. Dues Was Hidden By Leah Messer While Filming The ‘Teen Mom 2’ Season Six Reunion? He Was In L.A. With Her! [Report]
T.R. Dues is the man rumored to be dating Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer. However, months into their alleged relationship, T.R. Dues has denied dating Messer, and Messer has yet to reveal any details about him on the MTV reality show. In the latest report, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup has alleged T.R. Dues was in Los Angeles for the season six reunion taping, but he was hidden from the cameras as he was all season long.
On October 1, the site revealed details of the reunion, claiming Messer was asked about dating during the show but failed to mention T.R. Dues. Instead, Messer told host Nessa she wasn’t ready to date, having just come off her second divorce and said she was planning to play it smart.

T.R. Dues reportedly began dating Messer sometime earlier this year, although it isn’t clear when. In April, Messer first began tweeting about T.R. Dues, telling fans he was “Mr. Drill,” and encouraging them to watch his fitness videos and give him a follow. A short while later, reports began swirling, claiming Messer and T.R. Dues had moved in together with their total of five children.
As fans of Teen Mom 2 will recall, Messer has three daughters, Ali and Aleeah, 5, and Adalynn, 2, and T.R. Dues has two sons, Tyshawn, 8, and Angelo, 4.

Throughout filming on Teen Mom 2 season six, Messer mentioned T.R. Dues a number of times on Twitter, which makes her failure to mention him on the show all the more unusual. Clearly, even if they weren’t romantic, these two have some sort of a relationship. Not only have they posed for photos with Messer’s children, but T.R. Dues was also confirmed to be working as Messer’s trainer, so what are they hiding by keeping him away from production? It all seems very strange.
Prior to T.R. Dues, Messer was married to Jeremy Calvert, and during season six, fans saw their short-lived marriage come to an end after many months of fighting over Calvert’s hectic work schedule. The couple also fought over Messer’s spending habits as was seen in an episode of the show.
Just as Messer has reportedly moved on, Calvert moved on, as well. However, rather than hide his new relationship, Calvert has been showing off his new lady. Over the summer, following an ATV crash which left them both injured, Calvert and Brooke Wehr traveled to Los Angeles, where Calvert was filming the reunion. While in town, as Messer and her man reportedly stayed away from photographers, Calvert and Wehr enjoyed a double date with Messer’s first husband, Corey Simms, and his wife, Miranda.
During their double date, Simms shared a photo of their group date on Twitter, and he was immediately faced with backlash from fans who felt the two men were only hanging out to get under Messer’s skin. Due to the backlash being so intense, Simms ultimately removed the photo from social media, but screenshots of this tweet continued to make the rounds for weeks.
Both Simms and Calvert have stayed mum on any possible romance between Messer and T.R. Dues, as have other members of the Teen Mom 2 cast who may or may not have seen T.R. Dues in Los Angeles.
Although fans will not see T.R. Dues during the reunion special next week, but more of Messer’s feud with Simms will be seen, as will Miranda’s thoughts on their ongoing drama. Tune into the second half of the Teen Mom 2 reunion on Wednesday, October 7, at 9 p.m. on MTV.
