Heather Dubrow And Terry Questioning Friendship: ‘This Isn’t A Person I Know’

Heather Dubrow thought that she would be focusing on building her home when she started filming The Real Housewives of Orange County a few months back. Dubrow had been working on finalizing everything for her home, and she was clearly ready to have a fun season. But Heather claims that she was pulled into Brooks Ayers’ health drama, even though she didn’t want to. She had no choice, she claims.

Heather Dubrow felt that she had been forced into the cancer drama, because Brooks opened up about his treatments. Dubrow learned that Brooks was planning on seeing a specific doctor — the same doctor that Heather had seen to remove her cellulite after having twins. Maybe he wanted her to be skeptical, but it is possible that he had no idea that she knew this doctor.

According to a new Us Weekly report, Heather Dubrow is now revealing that things have changed between herself and Vicki Gunvalson. Heather reveals that she doesn’t know this person, who has believed all of the stories Brooks has told about his cancer. While Heather wants to be friends with Vicki, she doesn’t understand why she isn’t questioning him more in regards to his treatments.

“I’ve always been a really big supporter, Terry and I both, big supporters of Vicki and Brooks. Always,” Heather Dubrow revealed according to Us Weekly, adding, “What happened this season was, and you’ll see this and then hear about it at the reunion, [but Terry and I] both get brought into Brooks’ health issue.”

Of course, Heather was present during the lunch, where the psychic kept questioning his cancer diagnosis. He called it wishy-washy, but Dubrow wasn’t the one who kept questioning the diagnosis. Meghan King Edmonds was the one who called doctors, checked medical websites, and did everything possible to get some answers. As Dubrow explains, she didn’t want to get involved.

“I didn’t want to be a part of it, true or not true, I wanted nothing to do with this,” Dubrow revealed, adding, “And we both got pulled in and so I felt like, [Brooks] pulled me in so now we’re going to talk about it. And, you know, I don’t know, I don’t know how to feel about Vicki right now. I’m so fond of her, but this isn’t a person I know, and all the rumors and all the inconsistencies and everything that’s going to come up at the reunion, I don’t know, I’m curious what she’s going to say.”

And this isn’t the first time that Heather has distanced herself from the stories. In her blog for Bravo, Dubrow revealed that she had no intention of getting involved. Dubrow didn’t want to talk about cancer with Brooks, but everywhere she went, she was asked to talk about it. As she herself points out, Heather is ready to talk about it now because she has been forced into it.

“The Aries Party… I felt obligated to pull Vicki aside and discuss my feelings about what was going on with Brooks. There is a lot more to this part of the story and it will come out, so you will have to stay tuned to watch this unfold. What I can say is that I didn’t want to be involved in Brooks’ health issues, real or not. However, it was Brooks himself that pulled me into it! You will have to wait and find out how that happened,” Heather Dubrow explained in her blog for the show a few weeks back, according to Bravo.

What do you think of Heather Dubrow’s claims? Are you surprised that she is no longer friendly with Vicki?
