What Camila Cabello Thinks Of The 5H And 1D Splitting Rumors

Is Fifth Harmony or One Direction splitting up? Fans have been wondering if both musical groups will last forever.

Now it looks like 5H’s Camila Cabello is giving her input on those pesky rumors. Of course, she’s sparking rumors with her shocking statement about the future of her girl group. The 18-year-old singer told Latina magazine that she would be “lying” if she said that Fifth Harmony would stay together forever, causing some fans to believe that she’s ready to ditch her girls sometime soon. It also caused others to wonder if the 5H girls are ready to move on with their own lives and careers.

“Honestly, I think we all do [think it will end one day]. We’d be lying if we all said this is a picture-perfect thing, like we all completely agreed on the album track list and what the sound and the music-video treatment would be like, which usually happens in bands who grew up together. But for manufactured bands, it’s harder.”

But that doesn’t mean that Fifth Harmony has any plans to split up anytime soon.

“We allow one another to do our own thing within this thing. I think it’s healthy because if not, personally, I would go insane.”

So, do the rest of the ladies agree with Camila Cabello? According to a previous report via Unreality TV, they in fact do. While they do agree with Cabello, they all assure Harmonizers that they’re not going to split up anytime soon. When and if a split does happen, they still plan to support each other’s careers.

Camila didn’t stop there though. She also sounded off on the rumors surrounding One Direction. The “Work It” singer says she wouldn’t be surprised if the British boy band split after their year-long break. Camila added, “Sometimes it gets to a point where they just need to express themselves.”

Rumors were also circulating that Normani Kordei was more focused on her rumored solo career than Fifth Harmony. The singer has taken to Twitter to tell fans that she’s “not going anywhere.” In fact, the singer is making it clear that she’s dedicated to the girl group and she enjoys working with them. She also said that Harmonizers should “focus on the music” rather than the split rumors.

Normani has also been busy making dancing videos, as previously reported via J-14 Magazine. But that doesn’t mean her interests lie elsewhere.

After all, the girls have a new album to release. Camila Cabello was also the first to reveal that their upcoming is in the works. She told Billboard that they’re in the process of picking and choosing which demos to record. Camila previously mentioned that Fifth Harmony is a manufactured band, which means they don’t write their own music. In addition, the ladies have also provided music to the Hotel Transylvania 2 soundtrack.

Fifth Harmony was discovered on the U.S. version of The X Factor. Now they have taken the country by storm with their hit singles like “Work It” and “Sledgehammer.” The girl group graced the cover of Latina magazine, in time for its November “30 under 30” issue.

They featured on the cover wearing nothing but fur coats. The sexy cover was shared on Fifth Harmony’s social media accounts. Inside the issues, they not only address split rumors, but also address bullying, Donald Trump, feminism, and living multicultural.
