Caroline Stanbury Intimidating Personality: Why Are ‘Ladies Of London’ Scared Of Her?

Caroline Stanbury is a powerful woman, and fans can see that on Ladies of London. Despite struggling with her business, Stanbury still carries herself professionally, and she doesn’t let too many people in. In fact, Caroline doesn’t show her weaknesses at all, which could be why her co-stars are a little scared of her. On this week’s episode, many people felt that Stanbury was intimidating, and Annabelle Nielson questioned some of her co-stars about being scared of Stanbury.

Why is Caroline Stanbury so scary to be around? Caroline seems like a strong woman who stands by her morals, her values, and her convictions. And as viewers saw, she will retract an apology if she feels that she has been wronged. And maybe it is this flip-flopping that is scaring the women on Ladies of London. They simply don’t know how Stanbury feels.

According to a new Bravo report, Caroline Stanbury seems to scare a few of the women, and co-star Annabelle seems to have a theory as to why Juliet Angus isn’t standing up to Caroline. Of course, Angus really wants to be in Stanbury’s inner circle, but maybe her actions are reeking of desperation and Stanbury is distancing herself a bit.

“You know, the truth is I don’t really know why they all seem so intimidated but I think it may be that Caroline put’s the girls down in a sort of passive aggressive way but with a laugh and a smile… so they feel this subtle kind of hurt and then they get scared!! Also Caroline does have bubbles, Sophie and Caroline Fleming as well as an up and down fire ball in Juliet – sort of as these little pawns and she can use them when in need, to back her up,” Annabelle reveals about Stanbury, her Ladies of London co-star.

Of course, Julie Montagu was one of the cast members who broke down in tears over Caroline Stanbury’s comments. Stanbury had merely made a joke, and Julie was in tears. When she learned that she wasn’t the only one to be hurt by Caroline, she got Juliet and Annabelle together. And that’s when Juliet showed her true feelings — was she scared of Caroline?

“I was told by Jules that Juliet was really scared and wanted to know if I would back her up if it all kicked off again with Caroline. Jules told me that Caroline had said that she would ruin Juliet’s name and social life in London, which quite honestly made me laugh but I went because Jules asked me and I also wanted Juliet not to feel scared. But then she denied it happened,” Nielson reveals.

“For me as really more of a bystander to both the girls’ issues, it seemed obvious that Juliet was not telling the truth and that’s how it looked to me. I think Juliet at that moment was scared and didn’t want to go with Jules against Caroline. I think Jules wanted Juliet’s back up and obviously mine, but I think they all need to start standing up for themselves if they want this situation for them individually to change. Find your inner pitbull and stop being a pawn,” she adds.

Juliet was upset with Caroline for straddling her husband, but the two seemed to work it out. Maybe Angus was just too scared to confront Stanbury about the issue and decided to play it cool. Caroline has played it cool, saying that she doesn’t understand what the big fuzz is about. Needless to say, she didn’t apologize, as she didn’t think she did anything wrong.

What do you think of Caroline Stanbury being such an intimidating character? Would you be able to stand up for yourself?
