Kate Middleton: Swirling Rumors Of Troubles For The Royal Couple And Style Choice Regrets

Kate Middleton is always the picture of perfection in her chosen ensembles along with her choice of chic heels to accompany her look. Her hair is consistently flawless, and her semi-wavy locks seem to always flow and fall just right. However, since the Duchess made the bold move to choose a hairstyle involving bangs, rumor has it that Kate has shared that she got this one wrong.

It is obvious that Middleton has always felt the need to impress as she is constantly in the spotlight, and she certainly is a fresh young royal with a massive influence. The Duchess is always, therefore, under pressure to present herself looking her best and interacting her most cordially to avoid bringing a poor reputation to the royals. The Queen has said to be stern as to Kate’s manner of dressing and even her choice of footwear. Earlier this year, claims that Elizabeth was unimpressed by Kate’s wedge-heeled shoes were spread across international media outlets. The pressure is on for Middleton to always be at her best, and sources are reportedly sharing that the young royal is not pleased with her new choice of cut, mainly due to how people have been reacting to the look.

An insider spoke with Closer Weekly on the subject of the coif.

“Kate is quite mortified by all the fuss people have been making. She wanted to freshen up her look, so she got some bangs. But like many women who make that decision, she quickly regretted it. Luckily, she has healthy hair that grows very fast. [Middleton is] determined to get back on track [with her fashion choices and] doesn’t want to reflect poorly on the royal family.”

The stylist responsible for the latest hair alteration on Middleton, which has been a focus for weeks now, is Richard Ward. Ward stands by the minor change-up, and during an appearance on the British talk show, This Morning, as Design & Trend, he indicated that adding bangs and fringe is a “great way of updating your look without doing anything too drastic.”

Additionally, Ward spoke with International Business Times in regards to Middleton’s new hairstyle and defended the look, stating, “A fringe makes an instant style statement. It can add structure, soften the face and highlight or define features, and is a very youthful look. These kind of fringes suit most people as they’re extremely soft and feminine. They aren’t too bold but can completely change your look without having to lose any length, and are easy to grow out if you’re not quite sure. They’re timeless and ageless – they never really go out of fashion.”

The look is certainly one that allows the Duchess’ flawless complexion to be emphasized and also allows for Middleton to maintain a more youthful appearance, so it is strange that there has been negativity surrounding the cute cut.

Kate seems to be rocking the fringe and has not appeared to be affected by claims that she and William are having marriage troubles. The couple was spotted out looking as cozy and cheerful as ever while in each other’s company. There was even a rare PDA sighting as OK! Magazine shares. While at a rugby match, William and Kate embraced and were all smiles as Harry sat awkwardly next to his big brother and sister-in-law.

Reports came earlier in the month that Kate and William were in a disagreement over how many children they were going to have and noted that Kate has her heart set on four by the age of forty. William is reportedly not on the same page. However, there has been no verification of this rumor. As it is, the two are set to embark on a tour together in upcoming months and are smitten with their two little ones, Charlotte and George.
