Is ‘RHOC’ Star Brooks Ayers Filing A Lawsuit Against Meghan King Edmonds For ‘Defamation Of Character,’ ‘Invasion Of Private Medical Records?’

Is RHOC star Brooks Ayers considering a lawsuit against Meghan King Edmonds? Following the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which aired last night on Bravo, the RHOC star was on Twitter, where he retweeted a few fans’ messages about suing his co-star for “defamation of character and invasion of private medical records.”

During last night’s show, Edmonds admitted to contacting the RHOC star’s doctor in order to find out about a PET-CT scan, which he claimed to have had. Although she reveal any personal details about the RHOC star’s health, nor did she appear to have obtained any privately, she told her co-stars the doctor in question no longer offered the procedure.

In a tweet of his own to fans, the RHOC star told fans to “stay tuned” regarding a possible appearance in court. Ayers also tweeted to Edmonds directly, accusing her of continuing to “breach my boundaries after numerous requests to not.” The RHOC star even retweeted a meme, which poked fun at Edmonds’ alleged intelligence about his cancer.

Last night’s episode was the second time Edmonds admitted to contacting outside sources in an effort to gather information regarding the RHOC star and his stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis. In an episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County that aired earlier this month, Edmonds contacted both Ayers’ doctor, and the RHOC star’s ex-girlfriend, who reportedly told her Ayers had faked cancer in the past. Edmonds also reportedly discovered that the doctor she contacted didn’t treat cancer. Even though the RHOC star has since revealed medical records on the show, Edmonds continues to make claims, stating he’s not being honest about his diagnosis. During last night’s show, after hearing that Ayers showed proof of his cancer to Tamra Barney, Edmonds accused him of forging the documents.

In addition to Edmonds, a number of RHOC star Ayers’ other co-stars on The Real Housewives of Orange County, including Tamra Barney, Shannon Beador, and Heather Dubrow, have raised questions about his potential lies regarding his health. Last night, while looking at the RHOC star’s medical records, Barney explained that she was confused about whether blood cancer could cause masses, which his documents claimed. She also said she wasn’t quite sure what some of the statement made in his records meant.

Meanwhile, after the documents were revealed, Barney heard what Edmonds had to say about the RHOC star possibly forging the documents, and said she felt “played” by the RHOC star.

At this point in Season 10, the only person who appears to be supporting the RHOC star is his now-ex-girlfriend, Vicki Gunvalson. Despite the co-stars’ many comments about his alleged cancer lies, Gunvalson remains supportive of her former boyfriend, even after their breakup, and continues to fight back on Twitter against fans who have negative things to say about the RHOC star and his health.

After wrapping filming on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10, the RHOC star moved to Florida, where he remains.
