Kaley Cuoco Divorce: ‘TBBT’ Star Signed A Prenup [Report]

Kaley Cuoco is already turning over a new leaf since announcing her divorce from husband Ryan Sweeting. She’s keeping herself busy by spending time with loved ones and focusing on her favorite activities.

Rumors have swirled for months that Kaley Cuoco, 29, and Ryan Sweeting, 28, were on the brink of divorce. Now that the couple has announced their split over the weekend, fans have been wondering if there was a prenup set in place. According to several media outlets, neither Cuoco nor Sweeting signed a prenup before getting married.

Recent court documents revealed The Big Bang Theory star and her tennis player husband cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their shocking split. Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting were only married for 21 months. The court documents also noted that Sept. 3 was the date of separation, which means that they’ve been keeping their divorce a secret for about four weeks. The court documents also revealed that a prenuptial agreement was signed on Nov. 20, 2013, but no details about what the agreement entailed was released. Cuoco and Sweating were married on Dec. 31, 2013.

Kaley Cuoco’s rep released a statement, announcing the couple’s shocking split on Friday, Sept. 25.

“Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage. They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter.”

But, an alleged inside snitch told People magazine that Cuoco and Sweeting were very unhappy in their marriage.

“The few times Kaley and Ryan were out together recently, the tension was noticeable. You could tell the honeymoon phase had ended.”

Kaley Cuoco seems to remain in high spirits – literally – ever since announcing her split.

According to her social media accounts, she spent the weekend with her friends and family, and even took part in one of her favorite activities: riding horses. Kaley Cuoco shared a photo of herself competing at a horse-jumping event at the Flintridge Autumn Classic.

She captioned the photo, “Never felt so happy!!! Thank you #fieldstone, Michelle, @twgoldberg @zoeypacyna @peteyleo and all our friends and family that came and cheered us on last night. I’ve never felt more surrounded by love.”

Not only has Cuoco “never felt so happy,” but she’s “never felt more loved,” by having the support of her family and friends. The former 8 Simple Rules actress shared more photos of herself with her loving group of people with the caption, “never felt more surrounded by love.”

Kaley Cuoco didn’t stop there. She also shared this collage of herself with her friends and family. Kaley captioned the loving photo, “I have the greatest friends and family on this earth!!” She also included four red heart emojis and a horse emoji.

It’s also been reported that Kaley Cuoco has already deleted all of the photos of Ryan Sweeting from her Instagram account. She seems to be doing her best to move on from her breakup by removing all traces of her marriage from her social media accounts. Sweeting also followed his ex-wife’s quick action by removing all of her photos from his Instagram account, as well. He has unfollowed Cuoco and deactivated his Facebook account.

It looks like both exes are not only removing traces of their marriage, but trying to avoid the social media speculation about their divorce.

Kaley Cuoco’s last appearance was on Watch What Happens Live, where she gloated about their marriage. She told host Andy Cohen that Ryan didn’t find her interaction with her TBBT costar/ex-boyfriend Johnny Galecki, 40, worrisome.

“We dated like five years ago, so I think everyone’s moved on. Johnny’s actually one of my best friends. It’s a situation that ended well, I understand sometimes it doesn’t.”

“Ryan loves him, Johnny loves him. It’s been a long time, so it’s great. I got lucky. It could have been horrible.”

Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki dated secretly for two years in 2010, in the early days of their TBBT success. Before marrying Ryan Sweeting, the actress reportedly had a brief romance with actor Henry Cavill for nearly 10 to 12 days in 2014.
