Orange County Housewife Shannon Beador Enjoys ‘Date Night’ With Husband David

Orange County housewife Shannon Beador and her husband, David, went through some extreme ups and downs while filming the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. During the show’s debut episode, it was revealed David had engaged in an affair, and ever since, he has been working with Shannon to mend their marriage.

Although the Orange County couple may still have some working to do, their marriage appeared to be doing just fine over the weekend, when they enjoyed a “date night” with one another at the Pelican Grill in Orange County, California.

Ahead of Season 10, the Orange County housewife was torn between whether or not to return to the Bravo reality show due to her husband’s affair. However, as fans have seen, she ultimately decided to be a part of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, as she felt it could help others who are dealing with infidelity within their marriages. Still, it wasn’t always easy exposing her marital issues in such a public manner.

In a June, 2015, blog, the Real Housewives of Orange County star admitted to having trouble watching herself and David going through their toughest moments on the show.

“It is very difficult to relive everything as we watch the show, but I am truly committed to do everything it takes to move forward. I am not going to take two years. It is my hope that someday the memories of this period evoke zero emotion from me. I absolutely forgive David because he has shown true remorse and regret.”

Throughout the show, the Orange County couple were seen going through therapy, and in one particular scene of The Real Housewives of Orange County, they were seen writing fake eulogies for the other to read. Although it was an odd moment for many to watch, Shannon was pleasantly surprised by her husband, David, allowing his emotions to be seen.

Last month, during an interview with Perez Hilton, Shannon spoke of her Orange County marriage, and gave an update on David.

“David and I are doing better than I ever thought we were capable of doing. So, it’s a blessing … If we can send a message that after an eight-month infidelity, you don’t need to throw in the towel on your marriage and break up your family, then we want to do that and if we can inspire other couples to continue to work and make an effort, that’s all a good thing.”

While the Orange County couple appear to be doing well at the present time, news of David’s mistress’ identity recently hit the web. As The Real Housewives of Orange County nears the end of its 10th season, the Daily Mail revealed David’s mystery woman as Nicole McMackin, a married mother living in Southern California.

According to the site, McMackin also had contact with Orange County reality star Shannon, after she allegedly enrolled one of her children in an activity which was also attended by one of Shannon and David’s children, and coached by David himself. It was also said on The Real Housewives of Orange County that the woman attempted to befriend Shannon.

Despite McMackin’s affair with the Orange County husband, the Daily Mail reported she and her own husband, Reed McMackin, were still together.
