‘RHOC’ Star Vicki Gunvalson Pokes Fun At Meghan King Edmonds On Twitter, Claims She ‘Stood Behind’ Brooks Ayers Throughout Season 10?

RHOC star Vicki Gunvalson has had enough of Meghan King Edmonds’ fake cancer claims regarding ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers, and at this point, it appears all the RHOC star can do is joke about the issue. On September 27, after reaching out to Kim Zolciak about her recent health scare, Gunvalson reacted to a fan comment about Edmonds proceeding to dig up Zolciak’s medical records to find out if she really suffered a stroke last week.

Also on Twitter, the RHOC star explained her ongoing support of Ayers.

Despite her co-stars’ many comments and claims against Ayers, the RHOC star has stood by her former boyfriend throughout The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10. According to Ayers, he was diagnosed with stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2013, and continues to suffer from the illness. However, due to his unconventional treatment plan, and his lack of hair loss during chemotherapy treatments earlier this year, many of his co-stars and fans have doubted he’s truly suffering from the deadly illness. During the show, Ayers was seen with the RHOC star at his side, as he explained he would be stopping chemotherapy treatments, instead choosing to give alternative treatments a try. Right away, Edmonds wondered why doctors would allow him to do such a thing, claiming it was dangerous for him to stop treatments.

Since the RHOC star began dating Ayers four years ago, their relationship has been a hot topic among their co-stars. At the beginning of the relationship, many questioned Ayers’ intentions for Gunvalson, and some wondered if he was using the RHOC star for fame and money. During a previous season, both Gunvalson’s daughter, Briana Culberson, and her on-again, off-again friend, Tamra Barney, expressed their dislike of Ayers, and years later, as fans saw during Season 10, Culberson refused to stay in the RHOC star’s home due to Ayers being there with her.

While the RHOC star continued to date Ayers, despite her daughter and friends’ feelings towards him, their relationship came to an end last month, and Gunvalson revealed the news to fans a short time later.

On August 16, the RHOC star announced her split from Ayers in a joint statement posted to Facebook.

“After much prayer, thought, counseling, and consideration, we have decided to end our four year relationship. We both wish nothing but a great future for each other. We have come to realize that one can indeed love someone in their heart, but that the time may come for their lives to take separate paths. Though the remaining episodes of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County will show us as a couple, the filming took place in January 2015 through May 2015. There will be no further statements or interviews regarding our relationship as we choose to move on with our lives. Though we choose to live our lives in the public eye we thank you for your understanding and ask privacy during this difficult time.”

Although the RHOC star and Ayers are no longer a couple, Gunvalson continues to support Ayers on Twitter, and often defends him against the claims of fans, and the claims of her co-stars. At the same time, Ayers, who moved to Florida after the breakup, has had nothing bad to say about the RHOC star.
