The Packers won that initial meeting in Super Bowl I on January 15, 1967, but since then, Green Bay has won only two more of the 11 games against the Chiefs, with one tie.

The last time the Packers played the Chiefs was in December of 2011 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. The Chiefs won that game 19-14, with Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers held to a completion rate below 50 percent.

Rodgers (pictured above), also a highly touted quarterback out of University of California that year, fell to 24th overall — and had to wait unto his fourth season to take over the Packers’ starter job from Brett Favre.
