‘Bachelor’ 2016 Rumors: Tenley Molzahn Hints She’s Joining Ben’s Season

Filming for Ben Higgins’ season of The Bachelor gets underway today with 25 girls competing for Ben’s final rose. While many fans want to learn more about the girls cast for Season 20, the big question is — will Tenley Molzahn join the cast?

So far, blogger Reality Steve has leaked out the names of four girls who are currently at the Bachelor mansion filming with Ben Higgins, and two are former contestants. Earlier in the week he confirmed that Breanne Rice, a Holistic Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from Seattle, and Olivia Caridi, a news anchor for NBC affiliate WCYB in Virginia, will be competing for Ben’s final rose.

On Thursday, he added Chris Soules’ runner-up Becca Tilley and Paradise contestant Amber James to the list. What about Tenley?

Shortly after Tenley ended her relationship with Joshua Albers on the season finale of Bachelor in Paradise, US Weekly reported that Ben had been dating Tenley but broke it off so he could take the Bachelor gig. That prompted speculation that Tenley would try to win Ben back by joining the cast later in the season similar to how Nick Viall joined Kaitlyn’s season of the Bachelorette.

Earlier in the week, Tenley revealed that she was doing a photo shoot in a house right next to the Bachelor Mansion. Molzahn called the mansion her “old house” and shared a photo of it on Snapchat.

Of course, the photo set off a flurry of speculation that she would be heading up the hill to join Ben’s season of the Bachelor. Was it a coincidence that Tenley was doing a shoot near the mansion three days before filming started? Fans won’t know for sure if she will be on Ben’s season until the show airs in January, but E! News claims that she will not appear on the show.

“She and Ben had the opportunity to get to know each other and I think if they connected on the level that Kaitlyn [Bristowe] and Nick did, it would be a different story. Also, Tenley wants to be pursued, not the pursuer, and she doesn’t want to be put in the insecure position of competing with a bunch of girls.”

Fans can expect more spoilers during filming all leading up to the season premiere that airs January 4, 2016 on ABC.
