Kim Kardashian is being accused of getting plastic surgery while pregnant with her second child. But did the reality star get more work done?

Kim Kardashian was spotted going to Dr. Paul Nassif’s office on Tuesday, September 22. The 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was accompanied by her sister Khloe Kardashian and their mom Kris Jenner, along with her boyfriend Corey Gamble.

Kim’s recent sighting didn’t help the plastic surgery rumors. From the looks of these photos published by several tabloids, it looks like Kim & Co. were only having a consultation with the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. During their meeting, the group were watching and listening to a presentation that played out on the screen. Maybe Kim and Khloe wanted the details on the latest hottest procedure? Or, maybe Kim is planning to have plastic surgery after the arrival of her baby in December?

As the famous Kardashian gang was seen leaving the office, both Kim and Khloe were spotted with a large black book that was marked “Confidential.” Only time will tell if Kim and Khloe plan to get something else done. According to a previous report via Life & Style Magazine, the family affair was taped, which means it will appear in an upcoming episode of their reality show.

According to another report via Hollywood Life, the plastic surgeon that Kim Kardashian went to see is the same one who stars on Botched on the E! Network.

TMZ finally put those plastic surgery rumors to rest, according to a report via the Daily Mail. The celebrity gossip site said that Kim Kardashian and her family were holding an important meeting with their doctor about getting tested for a cancerous gene. The center they were photographed at is Pathway Genomics, a medical center that tests for BRCA 1, a caretaker gene that also has high levels of breast and ovarian cancer. The Kardashian clan also tested for heart disease and diabetes, according to the report.

Before their important health meeting, Kim and Khloe attended a birthday party for Kris Jenner. Also in attendance was Corey Gamble, Kim’s daughter North West and Kourtney Kardashian’s kids, Mason and Penelope Disick. The Kardashian family shared several adorable photos of their dinner on Instagram. Kourtney has been absent from the photos, as she’s been seen vacationing with her girl friends in Montana all this week.

It’s good to hear that Kim Kardashian hasn’t gotten any plastic surgery while she’s pregnant. Back in August, Kardashian shared a photo of her “pregnancy lips” on Instagram, which sparked outrage among her fans. Some slammed the reality star and said that there are no such thing as pregnancy lips. Some even accused Kardashian of getting lip fillers during her pregnancy.
