Bobbi Kristina Brown: Nick Gordon’s Change Of Clothes May Help Prove Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Nick Gordon recently admitted that he changed clothes the day Bobbi Kristina Brown was found comatose in her bathtub on January 31, and what may seem like an harmless admission could backfire, at least according to law experts.

Gordon’s attorney recently filed a motion to dismiss the wrongful death lawsuit of their client, in which Gordon is charged not only with wrongful death, but also of theft, physical abuse, and mental abuse. Surprisingly, Gordon’s law team allowed him to admit he changed clothing after arguing with Bobbi Kristina on the same day she found unconscious in Roswell, Georgia, townhouse.

Gordon also admitted to viewing video footage of Bobbi Kristina that started an argument between the couple, but it’s the admission that he changed his clothes that has some people scratching their heads. That includes NYPD homicide detective Bo Dietl, who recently told Radar Online that it’s shocking Gordon’s attorney didn’t advise him against providing that information.

“That sounds very strange — the part about changing clothes. Obviously, [the reason] could have been the blood splatter on his clothes when she got her tooth knocked out — that could be a reason to change your clothes.”

Even more interesting, according to Dietl, is not only did Gordon admit to viewing video surveillance of Bobbi Kristina, but he also admitted that whatever he saw resulted in a bitter argument.

“If they had these cameras going, they may have actually captured video of him assaulting her!”

According to Fulton County court documents, Gordon filed an injunction against the Roswell Police Department on February 23 in an attempt to stop the authorities from confiscating the surveillance footage, which could indicate why Gordon’s lawyers advised him to not to withhold any information. It’s also possible that the footage shows the couple engaged in an argument, which would be difficult for Gordon to dismiss away.

Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, 46, appeared on the season premiere of The Real on Monday, marking his first sit-down interview since his daughter’s death. The “Every Little Step” singer, clearly still distraught over losing his child in such a tragic way, stated that if he had only gotten to Bobbi Kristina a few days before the incident, the outcome would have been much different.

Nick Gordon remains the primary suspect in Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death, although he hasn’t faced any criminal charges. However, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office (DA) is still awaiting the final autopsy results, which will explain the cause of Bobbi Kristina’s global brain damage.
