Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly And Megyn Kelly Talk All About Donald Trump On Tuesday Shows

You can call it Donald Trump week on Fox News. Both Bill O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly’s shows could have been called The Donald Trump Hour. In a YouTube video uploaded recently, O’Reilly interviewed Donald Trump before his debate on Wednesday evening. Trump denied the fact that there were thousands of Hispanic protesters at his rally Monday evening in Dallas.

“They had a very very small group. But we had thousands of Hispanics inside that were cheering louder than anybody…It was reported that there were going to be 4,000 people [protesters], but it turned out to be very few…it turned out to be 1,000.”

Donald Trump told Bill O’Reilly that he didn’t let the protesters bother him, especially since it was packed inside the American Airlines Center. It’s obvious Donald Trump has a lot of fans, but perhaps Megyn Kelly isn’t one of them. A YouTube clip shows Kelly starting her show by gleefully announcing that Donald Trump is losing his lead in the Republican polls.

“But one of the big political stories today in the new polling showing a statistical dead heat now for the top spot in the Republican race for the White House.”

According to the statistics Megyn Kelly put on the screen, Donald Trump was leading with 27 percent and Ben Carson was in second with 23 percent. Kelly went through great lengths to point out the “margin of error.” Kelly then interviewed Dr. Ben Carson and he talked about his strategy for Wednesday night’s debate.

“Well, I don’t think my strategy is going to change at all. It’s going to be to tell the truth and talk about my vision for America, which I think is something a lot of people resonate with.”

Mr. Carson told Megyn Kelly that he was not surprised about the rise in his poll numbers, especially since he has been meeting big crowds of people and enjoying their enthusiasm. Kelly asked Ben Carson what he meant by writing in an op ed that in order to change our country, we must embrace old-fashion values such as respect, compassion, and responsibility.

“Anytime you have people in this country, you are going to have imperfections,” Carson said about our country’s past, which included slavery and internment camps.

Carson believes because of our values, we moved on from our mistakes. Megyn Kelly then went on to give quotes from colleagues of Ben Carson, who talked about his compassion for children. Some people on Twitter criticized Kelly for not being objective.

While Donald Trump certainly has Bill O’Reilly as a friend on Fox News, Megyn Kelly is his biggest enemy. Do you think Donald Trump should do an interview with Megyn Kelly to clear up all the anomosity? Let us know in the comments section.
