Dog Owners In China Told To Kill Their Pets Or State Sponsored ‘Death Squads’ Will Do It For Them

Dog owners in China are living in fear for their beloved pooches after state officials in Dayang New District ordered them to kill their pets.

Even worse, those who fail to comply with the terrible order to slaughter their dogs will have a home visit by a state sponsored “death squad” that will exterminate the canines with clubs on behalf of the dog hating authorities.

China has long been savaged for its woefully poor treatment of our four legged friends. Most recently the Yulin Dog Meat Festival came under heavy fire. Each year tens of thousand of dogs are abducted and eaten at this ceremony of sadism and carnival of the grotesque.

The Inquisitr earlier reported that campaigners have slammed the Yulin Dog Meat Festival held in the southern province of Guanxi for not only the consumption of canines but for the terror and pain the poor animals are forced to endure before they finally die.

“Fear and deep distress in the dog before death is thought according to Chinese custom, to tenderize the meat through the release of adrenaline, and make for a better meal. The practice of beating dogs to death to release the blood in the meat is still a popular practice in some regions of China, as is killing, cooking and serving the dog up in front of diners.”

This year the barbaric canine cooking festival also decided to add cat meat to the macabre menu, and despite worldwide pressure for an end to the cruelty, this year’s festival went ahead as thousand upon thousands of innocent animals were beaten, skinned and strung up like Peking ducks before their throats were slit in shadowy slaughterhouses.

Now the hell and horror of the Yulin Dog Meat Festival is over for another year, and a new nightmare has reared its head in China, and it’s not dog friendly. In fact it wants to kill every dog, be they stray or pet, in Dayang New District.

Why? Because locals are fuming and frothing at the mouth in an artery-busting rage because dog feces have been found in the street.

Let’s be honest, no one likes stepping in dog crap, but to issue an official notice stating that all dogs must die as a consequence sounds a tad extreme and completely heartless.

The Express reports that a “shocking government notice” was posted on the street which applies not only to stray dogs in Dayang New District, China – but also those that have been registered and vaccinated.

The notice makes for the sort of chilling reading that would fit quite snugly between the covers of George Orwell’s 1984. It reads, “No person is permitted to keep a dog of any kind. Deal with it on your own, or else the committee will organise people to enter your home and club the dog to death right there.”

Officials refused to discuss the grim order with officials but a source explained that defecating dogs have become a nuisance.

“Dogs are always defecating all over the place and bothering people. A lot of people were complaining so we wrote a public notice to avoid a conflict.”
