‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Leah Messer Says Show Is Scripted
Is Teen Mom 2 totally fake? Leah Messer claims that the show is scripted after they edited footage of her two ex-husbands, Corey Simms and Jeremy Calvert, together.
According to the International Business Times, Leah Messer is not happy about a scene that was shown during a recent episode of Teen Mom 2, and claims that someone on the production staff may have altered the encounter between Corey and Jeremy in some way.
During the scene, Leah’s exes are seen talking about Messer’s issues and agreeing that she has changed greatly over the course of the past couple years.
“She went from being normal to being a complete 180,” Jeremy says. “Prescription pill problem,” he added as she looked at someone behind the camera.
“This drug issue that everybody knows she has is swept under that carpet and don’t want nobody knowing where she went,” Corey replied. “We’re the father of her children. We need to know what’s going on with the mother of our children. Why are you sweeping it under the rug acting like it’s no big deal?”
The Teen Mom 2 star took to her Twitter account to speak out on the scene which she claims was scripted by the network, saying the following.
“In the scene you can tell Jeremy was looking over at a producer saying something about a prescription pill problem and they edit it to where it looks as if he is saying that to Corey. I could go on but it’s best I didn’t… Oh I will own the truth only.”
Leah has been making headlines a lot lately, for things such as moving in with her new boyfriend, having an alleged affair with Corey Simms while he was married to Miranda, and having the police called on her for not putting her daughters in a car seat while riding in her vehicle.
The Teen Mom 2 star has had to defend herself and her parenting skills a lot over the course of the past few years. Rumors of Leah having a drug problem have been persistent, and she hasn’t been able to shake them, thanks in part to her behavior on the MTV series, where she’s seen looking very tired and falling asleep during everyday tasks.
Messer has stated that she’s been under a lot of stress and pressure from the media, as well as being a single mother of three little girls, which is understandable. However, many, seemingly including her ex-husbands, think there are deeper issues.
