‘Teen Mom 2’: Jenelle Evans & Nathan Griffith Custody Agreement Revealed

Teen Mom 2 stars Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith are going through a rocky break up, and unfortunately, it is impacting their young son, Kaiser.

According to Radar Online, Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith’s custody agreement for little Kaiser, 1, isn’t flattering to Nathan’s parenting skills. The report suggests that Teen Mom 2 stars recently met up with Kaiser in hopes of talking about custody, and the well-being of their son. However, the meeting didn’t go as planned, and nothing much allegedly got resolved.

In fact, it looks like Jenelle Evans is taking a page of out of her Teen Mom co-star Chelsea Houska’s book and letting Nathan Griffith spend time with Kaiser, but only under the supervision of his own mother.

“Kai is with Nathan’s mom this weekend, with Nathan’s daughter, and Nathan is seeing them today with his mom.”

Sources reveal that Nathan doesn’t live with his mother and has his own apartment, but that the children have been visiting their grandmother, and that is where Griffith will see Kaiser, as well as his daughter from a previous relationship. This is all happening because Jenelle allegedly won’t let Kaiser spend the night at Nathan’s place solo.

“Jenelle isn’t comfortable with Nathan having them overnight.”

The insider also revealed that Nathan Griffith has been on an emotional roller coaster since splitting with Jenelle Evans. Hollywood Life reports that in a recent episode of Teen Mom 2, the father of 2 even chased his ex-girlfriend down on the road and followed her around because he was unhappy she wouldn’t take their son so he could go to the gym.

Things have been really bad between Nathan and Jenelle since their split. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the Teen Mom 2 star was recently arrested for throwing a glass at Nathan’s new girlfriend. Evans was taken into police custody, but claims she thought she was acting in self defense.

“I thought she was trying to attack me because she got out of the truck and came to my driveway. I was defending myself – my son was inside the house upstairs sleeping and I was not comfortable with these people just coming to my house.”

It was Jenelle’s latest mug shot that then started rumors that she may be on drugs, namely meth. However, Evans spoke out against those accusations, saying that she is 100 percent clean and sober.

“I know a lot of people have been saying I’m on drugs, but I am definitely not. Because I have acne [in the photo], everyone’s like ‘she’s on meth! She’s on meth’ — but, no! And come to find out it was ‘my time of the month’ right after I got out of jail so I was like ‘that’s what’s going on!’ But now [my acne] is all cleared up … but around ‘that time’ my face just goes crazy!”
