Jennifer Garner Cuddles Up To Gwyneth Paltrow, Find Out Where Ben Affleck’s Exes Met Up

Jennifer Garner just made her first public appearance since announcing that she and Ben Affleck were splitting. Garner was pictured cuddling up with Ben Affleck’s other ex, Gwyneth Paltrow.

There’s no telling what the two stars talked about, but it may have been interesting. The ladies posed for a picture with beaming smiles at the Think It Up telethon in Santa Monica, California. According to US Weekly, Garner and Paltrow weren’t the only two at the event. Justin Bieber, Terry Crews, Seth Meyers, Kacey Musgraves, Halle Berry, Julie Chen, and Garner’s good friend Jessica Biel were also on hand.

Earlier in the year, Gwyneth spoke about her famous ex to Howard Stern regarding their breakup, stating, “He was not in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend.” Additionally, she said her parents were okay with the breakup. “I think they appreciated how he’s super intelligent and he’s really talented and funny. They loved him, but they were okay with us not being together.”

Another revelation from the interview is that Paltrow is actually friends with Jennifer Garner. Prior to Garner’s split from Affleck, Paltrow told Stern that she has a good relationship with her ex, Ben Affleck, and his wife, Jennifer Garner.

“I like him, I’m friends with him still. He settled down and his wife is awesome. Not only is she beautiful, but she’s so warm and she cooks and is so into her kids — she’s really great and she’s hilarious. I had a girls’ dinner before the summer and she came over, she’s my neighbor. I really like her a lot.”

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their split in June, just a day after their 10th wedding anniversary. In a statement, the couple said, “After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce.”

“We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding.”

The former couple met on the set of Pearl Harbor in 2001, and then went on to star together on the 2003 film, Daredevil. At the time, Affleck was engaged to Jennifer Lopez, while Garner was married to Scott Foley. Affleck and Garner eventually married in 2005 on the Turks and Caicos Islands. They have three children together: Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.
