Maddie Brown of ‘Sister Wives’ Engaged, Not Planning Polygamist Lifestyle
Maddie Brown has big news to share with the fans of Sister Wives. People announced today that the reality star is now engaged. Maddie is now engaged to Caleb Brush, and already planning her big day. The couple has shared that they want an outdoor country wedding. No news on how soon Maddie will tie the knot.
Caleb did it right and contacted Maddie’s dad, Kody Brown, to get permission before popping the question. Caleb took Maddie on a ride on his ATV, stopped at a scenic outlook, and then popped the question with a blue diamond ring. Obviously, Maddie said yes to him right away, and now, they are already making wedding plans.
Brown shared the details of the big proposal. Of course, she kissed him and said yes right away.
“It was cold and we were huddled in jackets and I thought he was crazy to stop. He said to come look over here. So I walked with him to the edge. He told me he could never express how much he loved me but he wanted to spend his life trying and went down in one knee and pulled out a box.”
Don’t expect Maddie Brown to be looking for new wives for her husband, though. This couple has shared that they do not have any plans to live the polygamist lifestyle. Maddie and Caleb support her parents, but it is not the way that their marriage will work. On Sister Wives, Maddie has always been very open that was not her plan.
Brown went to her Instagram to share a photo of the ring with fans. Lately, she has been sharing a lot of photos with Caleb, and wasn’t hiding the fact that she had found love. Today, she even made sure to share a post of the engagement ring.
Sister Wives will return to TLC tonight for their new season. People shared that the upcoming season will show how things have changed for the Brown family now that Kody and Meri Brown are legally divorced. Kody is trying to legally adopt Robyn’s children, and this was the only way that they could make that work.
Sister Wives airs new episodes on Sunday nights on TLC. Hopefully this season, viewers will get to know Maddie Brown’s new fiancé, Caleb Brush. More than likely, viewers will get to see their wedding at some point. That will make a great Sister Wives special.
