Liam Payne appears to be afraid of a great number of things.

Liam Payne Afraid Of Ghosts, A Happy Crier Says New ‘Attitude’ Preview

The latest news about Liam Payne is that he admitted that he may have had a drinking problem in the past that scared him, but it appears that this is not the only thing that makes him shake in his boots or makes him cry.

Following a claim that Liam Payne is homophobic, he did an interview for Attitude Magazine, and other publications are also giving a preview. For example, E! Online says on September 11 that Liam Payne said the following.

“I’m not afraid to say that I actually went through a pretty bad [drinking] stage…. And for that time in my life, that was perfect for me. I mean, you’re away from home and that can get hard. Also there were a lot of things on my mind and that’s what helped me through.”

Although some of these previews specifically highlight the fact that Liam Payne once suspected he may be drinking too much to cope with his problems in life, Attitude Magazine gave another preview to their October issue featuring Liam Payne that examined other topics covered in the interview.

Within the video that they posted on September 12, Attitude Magazine points out that Liam Payne is afraid of ghosts — and he thought that there might be a ghost in the place where he was being videoed. Nevertheless, Liam Payne also said that he is not sure if he believes in life after death.

As it turns out, Niall Horan may not share Liam Payne’s view that there is no afterlife because Niall has a belief in ghosts based on personal experience. In an interview, UnReality TV quotes Niall Horan on May 2, 2014, saying, “In our old apartment, in the living room, there was stairs and a kitchen and I used to see an old man walk past, with like a top hat and a long coat. It was like a silhouette.”

Is Niall the person in Liam Payne’s life that is making him question his previous beliefs about the great beyond? No matter who is influencing Liam Payne’s ideas on these matters — it turns out that Liam Payne is well-known for feeling queasy or anxious.

Sadly, one of the first publicized worries related to Liam Payne was his fear that One Direction would break up — and that half-way came true when 1D decided to take a 2016 hiatus. Hollywood Life reported on February 12, 2013 that Liam Payne said the following.

“I don’t want us to fall out or have a situation where the band doesn’t want to be together anymore.”

On a less serious note, Liam Payne is afraid of an everyday object found at most meals. According to an interview with Capital FM, Liam Payne stated on June 4, “See I’m not so much scared of spoons, I’ll hold one. But I don’t like eating with them, if they’re not my spoons, if that makes sense.”

Liam Payne was also noted on March 10, 2014 by the Ireland Independent for being afraid of the “creepy doll” in the movie Annabelle.

Clearly, many of these instances where Liam Payne is being noted for being afraid are somewhat in jest, but there is one thing that Liam Payne is extremely afraid of, and that is being considered homophobic.

On top of making statements about being supportive of LGBTQ rights, Liam Payne has also gone to great lengths to talk about his other feelings to Attitude Magazine. In fact, their interview with Liam Payne covers 12 pages of their upcoming issue.

In speaking about his range of feelings with Attitude Magazine, Liam Payne pointed out that he is likely to cry when he is happy. To exemplify his point, Liam Payne said the movie Apollo 13 brought tears of joy to his eyes when the main characters accomplished their mission.

Liam Payne’s complete interview will be published in Attitude Magazine‘s October 2015 issue and will be made available on September 16.
