Whitney Thore Reveals Shocking Title of Her Upcoming First Book

Whitney Thore has turned into a reality star, but that isn’t the only thing she has going on. People recently shared that Thore is actually working on releasing her first book. The star of My Big Fat Fabulous Life will be sharing a lot that fans don’t know about her in a book with a pretty shocking title. Whitney Thore’s book is due out next year and is called I Do It with the Lights On: And 9 More Surprising Truths About Living a Blissfully Shame-Free Life.

The title of the book has to do with Whitney Thore’s journey to a more self-confident persona. Thore says she used to hate her body, but shares that now that she can have sex with the lights on, she feels like she has made it to a new level of confidence. Whitney is a role model for women everywhere who battle with loving their body. Thore told People more about what to expect from her book.

“In I Do It with the Lights On, readers will get to understand how I became the happy, confident woman they see on My Big Fat Fabulous Life. There is so much more to me than can be edited down into 30-minute episodes and this book will reveal all the challenges and triumphs that made me the person I am today – and everything, and I do mean everything, in between.”

Whitney Thore seems to be in a happy place right now. Season 2 of her show, My Big Fat Fabulous Life, just started airing on TLC. Things are also looking great in her love life. According to Starcasm, Whitney has a new man in her life and it is not her best friend, Buddy, like many fans suspected.

Thore is actually dating a man named Lennie Alehat. The reality star must have a thing for men with beards, because Thore’s new man has a big one just like her best friend, Buddy Bell. Thore has teased that she has found love this season, but so far Whitney hasn’t shared who it is with her fans.

My Big Fat Fabulous Life airs new episodes on Wednesday nights on TLC.
