Kailyn Lowry Wants Her Children’s Book To Open New Doors: Is She Traveling The World?
Kailyn Lowry has released her first children’s novel, Love Is Bubblegum, and now she wants to take the world by storm. Lowry did very well with her first book, which was an autobiography about her life. It is no secret that Lowry has had a crazy life with some stories and memories that didn’t make it on to Teen Mom. But her children’s novel may not be so successful.
These days, Kailyn Lowry’s children’s book may not be a New York Times bestseller. Of course, there is nothing dramatic or intriguing about a children’s book. Lowry has revealed that the book idea came from her son Isaac, who was asking her about love. But it sounds like Kailyn wants the project to take her to new places.
According to a new tweet, Kailyn Lowry is now contemplating traveling the world as an author. Apparently, Lowry isn’t doing much locally to market the book, so she wants to come to other countries to sign copies. This could potentially boost sales.
“Trying to do book signings in UK & Australia! How can we make this happen?!” Lowry tweeted this week, hoping that someone could do something to get her to travel more for her new book.
Kailyn published her first children’s book a while back and she is now in the process where she wants people to come out and meet her. But rather than starting small, Kailyn is hoping to reach many people at the same time. Why not travel the world, despite having school at home, two children to take care of, and a husband?
“What about Canada?!” one fan wrote to Kailyn Lowry in hopes of making her stay closer to home, which had Lowry reply, “ohhhh that’s doable too!!!”
But some of her fans didn’t understand why Lowry couldn’t sign books in her own hometown. Why did she need to go around the world to sign books? Well, Lowry had an explanation, which could have something to do with her publishing contract.
“Can you do a book signing in your own town? I mean I leave in Delaware too and I would really love to meet you!” one person wrote, which had Kailyn explain, “I would love to but here is no Barnes & Noble here.”
It is very possible that Lowry wants to make the best of this situation and travel the world with her family. It is odd that she is picking the U.K. and Australia to sign books, as Barnes & Noble is a U.S.-based company. There are no Barnes & Noble locations in Canada, and yet she seems very eager to come up north to sign books. If she can do that without Barnes & Noble, why not do so in her own town? It is possible that Kailyn is thinking about seeing the world with these trip ideas.
