Carly Fiorina Gets 20,000+ Searches For Her Face, As Donald Trump Claims He Spoke Of Fiorina’s Persona, Not Face

According to Google Trends, Carly Fiorina has received more than 20,000 searches on Thursday, September 10. No doubt, those 20,000-plus people frantically typing Carly’s name into Google are searching for Fiorina’s face via Google, Google News, and Google Images. For those 20,000+ searches, Carly can thank Donald Trump for insulting another woman after his Megyn Kelly controversy died down.

Trump’s comments about Fiorina’s face were found in a new interview in Rolling Stone that was published late Wednesday. That’s where Donald lashed out at his only female opponent in his party by seemingly bashing her looks.

“Look at that face!? Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?! I mean, she’s a woman, and I’m not supposed to say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?”

Rolling Stone reported that Trump made the comments about Carly’s face while watching Fiorina on TV.

However, Trump has defended his Fiorina face insult reports NBC News, with “the Donald” claiming he was speaking about Carly’s “persona” and not her looks. With Trump backpedaling and trying to defend himself by claiming he was speaking of Fiorina’s “persona” and not calling her face ugly, it represents another attempt at Donald trying to clear up what has come off as insults to females. When Trump spoke of blood coming out of Kelly’s wherever, and folks likened that insult to Trump insinuating that Megyn was asking him difficult questions because of a PMS situation, Donald claimed he was once again misunderstood.

Ironically, the line of questioning involved Trump calling women “fat pigs” and the like. This time Trump is once again trying to straighten out his words.

“Probably I did say something like that about Carly. I’m talking about persona. I’m not talking about look. When I get criticized constantly about my hair, nobody does a story about ‘Oh isn’t that terrible, they criticized Donald Trump’s hair.'”

Fiorina meanwhile, turned to Megyn to dig back late Wednesday night at Trump, reports Fox News. Carly reasoned that perhaps it’s her positioning in the polls that’s threatening “the Donald” because she is gaining on the GOP frontrunner. Fiorina attributed the face dig from Trump as a fearful statement from a man who is threatened by a woman with “that face.”

“Maybe, just maybe, I’m getting under his skin a little bit because I am climbing in the polls.”

With Trump’s constant insults against women making the press, time will tell how long “the Donald” holds his lead.
