Jennifer Garner Enjoys A Little Retail Therapy, Doing Just Fine
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s current relationship is definitely in the spotlight as of late, since the couple announced they are going their separate ways after 10 years of marriage. The constant mention by media members about wedding rings being on and then back off again, along with speculation that counseling is bringing the star couple closer together once more after rumors of infidelity, brings confusion as to whether Ben and Jen will reconcile. However, one thing that was evident on the face of Garner over the past week is that she’s doing just fine.
The star has definitely experienced her share of woes over the past few months. However, 43-year-old Garner is keeping a smile on her face and trying her best to get some time on her own. Jen was spotted most recently enjoying a bit of retail therapy in Santa Monica, California, looking relaxed and sporting a big smile.
The Daily Mail noted Garner’s natural and laid back appearance as she exited the boutiques.
“The Alias actress covered up her slimming figure with a white T-shirt and black drawstring cargo trousers. The brunette beauty paired her pieces with snakeskin-patterned slip-on sandals and a chain-strapped leather handbag. Jen’s hair was parted in the middle and styled down, as her fresh face was concealed with plastic tortoiseshell shades.”
Garner has recently returned to L.A. after being away on-set in Atlanta for the filming of her latest role in the movie, Miracles From Heaven. Ben Affleck had been caring for their three children during Jen’s time away and lived in the family home. Since Garner’s return, Jen has taken over the dwelling and as ET notes, “Ben Affleck [has] visited Georgia frequently to see his family.”
The entertainment site reminds as to what controversy pushed the couple to permanently remove their wedding rings.
“Despite controversy surrounding Christine Ouzounian — the 28-year-old nanny the couple let go after rumors spread that she allegedly had an affair with Affleck, which the Batman v Superman star vehemently denied — and the impending divorce, Garner has seemed happier than ever now that she’s back in California.”
Earlier on in the week, ET shared that Garner was also spotted getting in a great stress-relieving workout and looking well-rested, as well as buff! The beauty has always maintained a fit physique and clearly has not let the stress, which has likely come due to her relationship drama, get in the way of maintaining her health and impressive fitness level.
