Nearly Two Dozen More Names Confirmed For ‘WWE 2K16,’ Several Legends Added
With less than two months until the release date, WWE 2K16 has 23 more names confirmed for the game.
The Honky Tonk Man, Jake Roberts, Jim Neidhart, Kama Mustafa, Ken Shamrock, Mankind, Paul Wight, Rikishi, Billy Gunn, Bret Hart, The British Bulldog, Shane McMahon, Shawn Michaels, Vader, Vince McMahon, X-Pac, Cactus Jack, Christian, Damien Sandow, Dude Love, D-Lo Brown, Farooq, and Haku were all confirmed to appear in the game by IGN.
This year’s WWE 2K16 roster already looks like it’s going to blow 2K15’s out of the water, and for good reason — fans trashed last year’s thin roster.
In previous incarnations of the annual WWE games, developers often have a set theme for the legends involved, whether it be the Attitude Era, WCW. This year’s WWE 2K16 doesn’t look to be the case, as the game will feature everyone from Kama Mustafa, to the Honky Tonk Man, to The British Bulldog.
It looks like there are still nearly 20 characters to be revealed, as WWE 2K says they’ll have 120 unique character spots in the game.
