Monty Brinson Returns To Instagram After Kim Richards Is Put On Probation

Monty Brinson returned to Instagram on Tuesday morning, September 1, where he posted an inspiring message about appreciating the magnificent features the world has to offer.

“The world has enough beautiful mountains, meadows spectacular skies and serene lakes,” Monty wrote.

“It has enough lush forests, flowered fields and sandy beaches. It has plenty of stars and a promise of a new sunrise and sunset everyday. Monty Brinson’s ex-wife, Kim Richards, made headlines the day beforehand after she received probation in a case stemming from her April 16 arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

As fans will recall, Richards drove to the hotel’s Polo Lounge after drinking a glass of vodka at her daughter Brooke Brinson’s home. Once on site, Richards reportedly enjoyed a few more beverages and ultimately became a disturbance to the other patrons. However, when she was asked to leave, Richards refused, and police were called to arrest the ex-wife of Monty Brinson.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Monty Brinson’s ex wasn’t in court when she was dealt her sentence but was able to evade jail time nonetheless. According to TMZ, Richards struck a plea deal, which kept her out of the slammer but banned her from the Beverly Hills Hotel.

“No more fab brunches for Kim Richards at the Beverly Hills Hotel — but she also won’t be dining in county jail… after striking a plea deal for her drunken arrest. Prosecutors offered the following deal in court this morning: 3 years probation, 52 AA classes, and 30 days community labor. Kim wasn’t in court, but her attorney accepted the deal on one condition — that she instead get community service.”

Monty Brinson has been supportive of his ex-wife in the months since her arrest and even told fans he had been spending time with Richards after her second arrest, which took place last month at a Target store in Van Nuys, California.

Monty Brinson even lived with his ex-wife for a period of time last year, at her former home in Los Angeles, and again this year, at the home of Kathy Hilton and her husband, Rick. Although Richards is no longer living with the Hiltons, it is unclear where she’s living at this time, and the same goes for Monty Brinson.
