Rob Kardashian Looks Fit And Fabulous With Help From His Sisters [Video]
Rob Kardashian is fit and looking better than ever! Rob took to Instagram with his first selfie in months to show off a new look – and that he’s happier than ever. In a black and white photo Rob simply captioned “Gnight,” he looks like a new man.

The 28-year-old has been living with sister Khloe Kardashian for the past few months, and enlisted Kim as a workout buddy, reports the Daily Mail. Daily workouts and healthy eating have replaced the milkshakes and fast food that helped Rob balloon 100 pounds since his break up with singer Rita Ora in 2012. As Rob battled depression, his weight uncharacteristically skyrocketed.
After a public intervention, Khloe, Kim, and Kourtney have been able to help the male Kardashian, whether he wanted the help or not. Kris Jenner confirmed that Rob has been transforming himself back into the confident man he used to be, according to Entertainment Tonight, confessing “He’s doing terrific. Robert’s good. He’s working out and eating [well], so he’s on a good path right now.”

Part of that path is working out – which Kim, although expecting her third child, has been happy to assist with. The Kardashian siblings have been spotted working out together, and have even shared selfies as proof, reports the Daily Mail.
“Just went on the hardest hike ever today with @robkardashian,” Kim Kardashian tweeted, while Rob posted the same photo on Instagram. And he hasn’t stopped. Just a few days later, Rob posted again, “Spotted these fools on the morning workout,” as he passed Kylie and Tyga.
Rob Kardashian has reportedly been working out with celebrity trainer, Gunnar Peterson, who confided to Us Weekly that Rob has indeed been taking better care of himself, although the super busy celebrity has to work it into his schedule:
“He’s always in and out. He makes it work with his schedule and he’s on his path….In the scheme of life this is a chapter, it’s not The Book Of Rob. Watch him be better than ever!”
Living with Khloe has helped. The Kardashian sister has insisted Rob live with her for a while, acknowledging that while he’s still a grown man, he needs a supportive environment to flourish, according to The Daily Mail. Khloe confirmed:
“Rob lives with me now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love having him with me…He’s going through a hard time now, and it’s behind gates. With this crazy lifestyle you have to think of places where you can still have your freedom.”
And it certainly seems Rob Kardashian is making mends, with the help of his sisters.
