‘Young And Restless’ Spoilers: Chelsea Struggles, Marisa And Ashley Get Big Offers, Devon Faces More Bad News

Young and Restless spoilers for Monday’s episode indicate that there will be some very tense moments ahead. Nick and Sage are celebrating their wedding with family, but Devon is under intense scrutiny for Hilary’s disappearance. What’s coming up on the August 31 show?

As She Knows Soaps shares, Chelsea and “Gabe” will continue to butt heads with Victor over her line being with Newman Enterprises. While she says that she’ll go to Paris to work, Victor insists that she must work in Genoa City.

Victor says that due to a non-compete clause in Chelsea’s original contract, she’s not going to have any power to do otherwise. Gabe says he’ll help her fight it, but Victor is adamant.

Jack has offered Ashley the co-CEO position at Jabot, but she questions his intentions. She’s hesitant to accept and says she’s not a chess piece. As Phyllis talks about unity in the family, Ashley initially seems to indicate she’ll decline the offer.

Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Devon will be back in Genoa City, and he’s greeted warmly by Neil. When Cane indicates that he’s sorry about Hilary, Devon gets worked up, insisting that she’s not dead. Soon Jack sees Devon and walks over to talk to him.

The family has gathered to help Nick and Sage celebrate their wedding, but Young and Restless spoilers detail that Sage is a bit overwhelmed by it all. Nikki will give Sage a bit of a hard time, saying that she’s hurt by not being at the wedding, but then she says she was just messing with her new daughter-in-law.

The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Victoria and Billy will talk about memories of their previous weddings, but talk soon turns sour over their family battles. Billy talks negatively about Victor, and the two argue further about the company issues.

Chelsea will tell Victor that she’s not for sale, and when Victor has a moment alone with Gabe, he’ll question whether there’s any price that would prompt Gabe to give up Chelsea and Connor. Later, Chelsea and Gabe get caught up in the wedding party when they are passing through, and she accidentally catches the bouquet.

After Jack talks with Devon, he’ll have an even juicier offer for Ashley. The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that he’ll tell her he is stepping down from Jabot and putting her in charge on her own. Ashley is quite suspicious of this offer, but Jack says that he’s cared about Victor too hard for too long, and it’s time to turn over the reins. While Ashley is suspicious, she accepts.

As for Devon, Young and Restless spoilers from We Love Soaps detail that Michael will be told that the blood found on Hilary’s shoe is indeed hers. This means that Devon is facing extradition and a murder charge. Devon wants to go back to the Virgin Islands to look for Hilary, but Neil insists they’ll fight the extradition.

Later, Neil talks with Victor and says that he’s ready to accept Victor’s offer to help Devon. He says he wants Victor to do whatever it takes to keep Devon away from the island. Nikki will talk with Victor again about wondering where Neil really was at the time Hilary disappeared.

The Young and the Restless spoilers note that viewers will also see Noah make a toast to Nick and Sage in Monday’s show, and Victor offers Marisa $500,000 to leave Noah and Genoa City. Nick will have a heartfelt talk with Mariah, mentioning how she is family and how Sharon needs her throughout this pregnancy. Adam and Sage have a talk while Ashley fills Billy in on the change at Jabot.

Chelsea will beg Adam to head back to Paris with her to build a life together. Young and Restless spoilers detail that she’ll tell him that nobody in Genoa City can give him what he thinks he needs, and she says she doesn’t care about the clothing line. Adam will say that while all he’s ever wanted is to be a family with Chelsea and Connor again, he needs a few days in Genoa City first. Chelsea hesitates, then agrees.

Young and Restless spoilers for later in the week indicate that Victor does know that Neil was on the island when Hilary disappeared, and he’ll confront Neil about it. Jill’s on her way back to town, and many in Genoa City will be struggling with challenges ahead. The Young and the Restless fans will be seeing a gathering to honor Katherine at the end of the week, and it’s shaping up to be another dramatic week ahead that viewers won’t want to miss.
