FKA Twigs Trying To Get Pregnant Before Marrying Robert Pattinson? Couple Ignite Baby Rumors
FKA Twigs and Robert Pattinson may have gushed over the idea of starting a family, but is the “Two Weeks” singer trying to get pregnant before marrying Pattinson later this year?
According to the latest tabloid rumors surrounding the British couple, Twigs allegedly “hears the ticking of her biological clock,” leading her to want to get pregnant before even marrying the Twilight actor.
The rumors further suggest that while the couple has pushed back their wedding until “autumn at the earliest,” Twigs hasn’t stalled her plans to get pregnant as soon as possible.
Despite the claims, rumor-busting site Gossip Copinsists that neither Twigs nor Pattinson have current plans to conceive a child, especially since Pattinson is currently busy filming his upcoming movie, The Lost City of Z, in Ireland.
In addition, the site reached out to real sources close to Pattinson and FKA Twigs who insist that the rumors suggesting Twigs is trying to get pregnant prior to her upcoming wedding to Pattinson are “ridiculous.”
The news comes just weeks after Pattinson revealed in an interview with German magazine Jolie that he hopes to start a family with his fiancée in the future, People magazine reports.
When asked about his upcoming role as a father in the new film, Life, Pattinson explains, “I was so attracted by the role in Life. At my age, you don’t get so many chances to play a father, and certainly not one who leaves his family in the lurch. Personally I imagine it different, of course.”
Pattinson further notes, “Sure I will have a child who is totally cool and confident. He or she will probably look at me every day and think, ‘Why is this guy such a funny, quirky oddball?'”
Similarly, Twigs previously opened up to the Sunday Times about her hopes of having a family in the future, telling the publication, “Women are amazing creatures. We can give birth. We have a womb. We can create life! I honestly didn’t give a s*** about any of this stuff until about two years ago.”
“I don’t know whether its’ my age,” Twigs explains, “I’m going to be 28 in January, but all of a sudden I started thinking that if I had a daughter, it is gonna be terrifying.”
While the couple may not be planning for babies anytime soon, sources close to FKA Twigs and Pattinson reveal the duo are busy planning their upcoming nuptials.
A source dishes to People that Twigs “talks about it being as real and low-key and then wants an elaborate glamorous Baroque affair. She was even talking at one stage about having a masked ball.”
While the couple’s wedding has been pushed back until “autumn at the earliest” because Twigs “can’t decide what [kind of] wedding she’d like to have,” the source admits that the duo are looking forward to their wedding and are already planning for the future.
