Taylor Swift ‘Jealous’ Of Selena Gomez Befriending Demi Lovato [Rumors]
Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez have been friends for eight years. Selena was also good friends with her former Disney co-star, Demi Lovato. Those two have recently rekindled their friendship, which reportedly has Taylor Swift green with envy.
Delena fans were in for a real treat when Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato rekindled their friendship on Twitter. Fans were holding out hope that the former besties would become friends again. Gomez confirmed that she was still friends with Lovato with her super sweet birthday message.
It all started when Demi Lovato started following Selena Gomez on Instagram last week. Selena then wished Demi a happy birthday and confirmed that they’re still good friends on Twitter.

Demi then replied to Selena’s tweet in the cutest way possible. Delena fans couldn’t get over the news.

The only one who’s not a fan is Taylor Swift. According to a new report, Swift is not happy to hear that Lovato and Gomez are friends again. According to a report via Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Swift ended her friendship with Gomez because of her on again, off again relationship with Justin Bieber.
An insider told the celebrity gossip site that Taylor is jealous of Selena and Demi’s close bond because she wants to be the center of attention. The insider added that the “Bad Blood” singer likes being the center of attention and the head of her squad.
“Taylor wants to be everyone’s BFF, and she freaks out if she is not the most important person in each of her friends’ lives. She won’t ever confront them though, when Taylor is made at you — you will know. She goes out of her way to exclude you from group hangouts, and usually does something petty like befriending someone you don’t get along with.”

Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez hit a rough patch in their friendship back in 2010. When Demi was signing autographs in the UK, a fan asked her, “How’s Selena?” to which Demi hastily said, “Ask Taylor!” This very moment made fans think that she was talking about Taylor Swift, not Taylor Lautner.
In her interview with J-14 magazine, Lovato claims that her friendship with Gomez changed. But was that Swift’s fault?
“There are times when even if you’ve known someone for a long time, you change. Just because we were best friends doesn’t mean we’re always going to stay best friends.”
When Selena Gomez spoke to a New Zealand radio station about the incident, she claimed that they have no bad blood. Gomez responded, “I love Demi, she’s always been a part of my life and I will continue to love her always.” Although Gomez answered that they’re still friends, she avoided the question on how she felt about the infamous video.
